My guest today, born in Canada, was a first round draft pick by the Ottawa senators in 1992 and went on to play over 1000 pro hockey games during his incredible career, capping it off with a Stanley cup in Tampa Bay in 2004. Some of his accolades include multiple AHL All-Star selections, 1997 Eddie Shore award winner as the best AHL defenseman and was the top scoring D-man that season and in ’96 led the AHL with an incredible plus 45. After his playing days ended, he immediately entered the world of coaching and I was lucky to have spent a couple weeks coaching with him last season here in Hong Kong as part of the CHG Master Series. He’s a retired Canadian hockey player and now head coach of the University of Ottawa Gee Gee's who is known for his incredible skill, tenacity and his passion for the game. After a successful playing career, he transitioned into coaching. He's a decorated QMJHL alumni, AUS first team all star, Godfrey award winner as AUS Student- Athlete of the year, Canadian National University Champion as a player and now as a Coach. My guest today is making his return to the podcast. He's a former first round pick who went on to play pro hockey all over the world and might just have the silkiest mitts to ever play the game. My guest today was chosen in the 2nd round, 51st overall in the 1999 NHL entry draft by the Pittsburgh Penguins. His career saw him play more than 850 professional games over a 16 year period across 3 continents.  He makes regular appearances on the Spittin Chiclets podcast and co-hosts, Game Notes, with Colby Armstrong. He’s a husband, referee, author and is hands down the best sportscaster on the planet. His passion for the game, combined with his genuine love for storytelling, has made him a beloved figure and he is 100 percent on my Canadian Mount Rushmore. My guest today, born in Czechia, was drafted in the 2nd round of the NHL entry draft in 1994 by the Quebec Nordiques. He played 159 games in the NHL with Colorado, Anaheim and Chicago. His playing career spanned 22 professional seasons and over that time he accumulated countless awards and accolades including; a Calder cup, 5 NLA championships, 3 Spengler cups,  a Spengler cup MVP, twice an AHL all star, an introduction into the Swiss Hockey Hall of Fame and his jersey is hanging from the rafters in Davos where he is considered one of the greatest players to ever play for that storied franchise. He’s currently continuing to coach the game he loves and I’m super excited to have him here with me today. Please welcome Josef Marha.

My guest today was born in Pardubice, Czechia. Since 2015 has played over 400 NHL games with Detroit, Las Vegas, Boston and now the New Jersey Devils. He’s a hard-nose player who made his way to the NHL by tearing up the Czech league in 2013. He won a Calder cup in 2017 with Grand Rapids while leading his team in points along the way. My very special guest today grew up in Spruce Grove, Alberta.  He played 144 games in the NHL with the Leafs, Kings Oilers and Habs. He’s a Cornell graduate, Hobey Baker finalist and represented Canada at the World Cup and Olympic Games. My guest today comes from a great Canadian hockey city, London, Ontario. He was drafted in 2004 by the Calgary Flames and went on to play 486 NHL games for five different teams. My guest today was born and raised in Fulton, New York. Drafted in the first round in 2004 by the Edmonton Oilers, he’s played over 600 professional games in 7 different countries. He also represented the USA twice at the World Junior Hockey Championships. He now finds himself working with the China Hockey Group coaching and helping develop our great game here in Hong Kong. She was the front woman for Canadian rock band Joydrop, co-hosted Rogers Hometown Hockey with the legendary Ron MacLean and is now currently working with the San Jose Sharks. It's been three years since he's been on the show and in that time he's been through a tremendous amount of grief, loss and difficulty.
