This episode, with Yuna, who is a counsellor and psychotherapist delves into Trauma, with the perspective that Trauma isnt something we heal from, rather, it is something we learn to understand, transform and live with.

In this episode, I collaborate with 2 amazing poets on this piece on suicide. As a poet myself, I decided that it was time I started to share some of my poetry. I wrote this piece that is very dear to me, which depicts a person in need to exit this world, Sucidal, they've had enough. I felt this piece was incomplete without depicting  the perspectives often shared in society that affect us in different ways, whereby some may understand you and others may criticise your choices and decisions in a situation like this. I enlisted the expertise and professioanlism of Destro FNP and Mweni to create this magical piece that would be delivered with care and sensitivity.

In this episode, I am joined by  Zambu SAKALA and Andrew NGOMA from the HEAL PODCAST.  The HEAL Podcast is a platform that aims to raise awareness of mental health. by having honest conversations one at a time.  Here at Emotional and Mental Justice by Yuna, we continue to tackle suicide. Suicide to me is not necessarily the act itself. it is about all the things that can lead up to it such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma and all aspects of mental health. I am here to ensure we all have an opportunity to start living a life we can love. As a qualified therapist The HEAL asked me if they could obtain questions aimed fat a therapist from members of the public that consist of their followers, and of course I obliged.
