We care what people think, we care what people say, and we care how we are seen. But why? Why does it matter if I am okay with who I am. If I know myself, and I understand myself, why do I have to change just so society sees me, the way I do? Today Soulaire discusses being truly fluid, and getting to know who you are inside, before you change who you are on the outside, to ensure you are making those changes for you, and not for society's acceptance.

Hello! We've been off the mics for a few weeks now, and are working extremely hard on a new Soulful Journey project that is taking up most of our time. Keep a look out for updates on this as we go forward. Thank you to everyone who has continued to listen during this time. With the Food Truck season starting we have been working on getting schedules to line up, but will continue releasing an episode every week, whether it's a current recording, or one from our archives.
