(PUBLISHED AUGUST 7, 2023 @ 4:22 AM) I've been trying to go live to videotape myself telling this story, but TIK TOK and YOUTUBE , keep blocking me every time. So I uploaded an audio version here, because I needed to get my story out somehow. You know y'all it's interesting, how I could be harassed, physically attacked, threatened with a taser, and illegally arrested for walking away from Malibu police. However, a man who shot and killed his three son's execution style with a rifle, received more respect by police than me and he's a murderer! But he's also a white man so I guess that took precedence over the fact he murdererd his 3 son's; google it. The man sat on his front porch with rifle laying beside him, and police never bullied him, never attacked him, never threw him to the ground, and never threatened to tase him - and he literally murdered his kid's. But I walk in an opposite direction and all of that happens to me. What happened to me was illegal and unjust, and I want justice to be served! Peace & Blessings, ~Shanda

- PUBLISHED 4:53 PM I felt called to speak on this topic and I truly hope folks can benefit from it. It took me some time to realize just HOW important it is for one to live in their truth, because if you don't you're literally suffocating yourself. It dawned on me that people live everyday NOT being who they fully are, and they project their anger on others for doing the opposite. I understand that it's easier said then done because it took me a minute to get back to who I truly am, due to allowing others to dim my light. That was an issue that I had and one I needed to correct. No one could do it for me, I had to do it for myself.  But there are folks that "feel" they can't do it for themselves.   What they're not realizing though, is that THEY'RE placing limitations on themselves! Keep it real...most of the time we don't do the things we want to do, is because we're afraid of what someone else is gonna think or say! We allow the opinions of others to hold us back - which causes fear and anxiety, which in turn makes us unhappy and then we start hating on other people who ARE happy! Who ARE living the same "truth" that YOU wanna live.  That's not fair to project that anger and toxicity on another person, because they CHOOSE to live and express themselves freely.   The same way YOU can CHOOSE to live and express YOURSELF freely. Guess what though? It takes cojones to do it. Do you have the balls? Or are you gonna waste your life away trying to please other people? YOU choose. Peace & Blessings, ~Shanda

- PUBLISHED 4:06 PM OK, somebody was supposed to receive this message TO-DAY!  I'm not gonna break this down in writing, because listening to it should make enough sense. Trust me those that know understand ex-act-ly what I'm talkin' about. I do however, have to correct myself because I stated that someone came outta left-field to my face. That is incorrect I had trouble remembering; the person came outta left-field via text message. Again, just proving my point of how some folks will never come outta left-field to my face, because they know how good I am to them. So doing it behind a device or behind my back, I'm assuming is a form of respect lol.  For those that have been taken through the ringer by another person, please protect yourself. Your heart and mental is precious and fragile and doesn't deserve to be mistreated, used and abused by those that can't get themselves together. Your heart deserves another heart that's equally matched in love and giving (and I'm not talking about material things). There are people that like to buy you, and there are people that like to spoil you - there's a difference. Those that try to buy you are only covering up something dark and toxic from within, that's manipulative and controlling. Those that spoil you do it outta love for you, wanting you to always have and feel your best. Sometimes the two can be misconstrued so it's always good to be mindful of why something is happening the way it's happening.  I hope this recording can be beneficial to your mental health and overall well-being.
