Send us Fan Mail Adam Broud is one of the best comedians working in Salt Lake City. He grew up in Medford, Ore., emersed in the arts. He played in a ska band and started doing stand-up when he was 15 years old. He even auditioned for Last Comic Standing when he was 18. It could've gone better. He graduated from BYU and is not a practicing Mormon anymore. But he is running the Comedy Church, which forces him to write at least six hours of material a year. Almost 14 years later, on his 38th birthday, he's releasing his debut comedy special, "Clearly, I'm Trying Something," on YouTube. He's one of Buffalo's strongest comedians. Now there's some proof. Then she enrolled in a stand-up class and developed a new interest. She's one of the better "younger" comedians in the Philadelphia suburbs -- proving it by reaching the finals of SoulJoels' Best of the Burbs contest in June.
