Finding Your Identity in Christ in a Culture of Comparison with Chapple Chandler
2026/10/05
Do you ever feel like you're not good enough, no matter how much you accomplish? Maybe you overthink every decision, worry about what people think of you, or quietly carry shame from your past that still shapes how you see yourself today. If you know who you are in your head but it hasn't quite reached your heart, this conversation is for you.
In this episode, Chaplel Chandler, host of the Love Letter Faith podcast, lifestyle content creator, wife and mom of three, shares her journey from shame and worthlessness to a deep, unshakable confidence in God's love. You'll hear how she navigated the pressure of a public platform, the insecurity of putting herself out there, and the season of brokenness God used to refine her faith.
In this episode, you'll learn:
✔️ How to stop letting other people's opinions define your worth
✔️ Why perfectionism and overthinking keep you stuck, and how to get out of your own way
✔️ How to release shame Christ already nailed to the cross (Romans 5:8)
✔️ Why healing happens in community, not isolation
✔️ How to honor God in your current season without striving for the next big thing
✔️ What it means to live as God's masterpiece, created for good works He planned long ago (Ephesians 2:10)

How to Have a Business Meeting with God
2026/09/21
You love the idea of bringing God into your work, but how do you actually make it happen? In this episode, I'm walking you through how to have a business meeting with God: a simple, intentional rhythm for planning your time with Him, making decisions with Him instead of just asking Him to bless what you've already built, and stewarding the people and work He's entrusted to you.
Because here's the shift that changed everything for me: if you build it, you're the one required to sustain it. But if He builds it, it's His responsibility to keep it going. That's a very different (and far more peaceful) way to lead.
You'll learn:
✔️ The exact "agenda" for a business meeting with God — from prayer and thanksgiving to surrender and direction
✔️ The questions to ask Him: where He's leading, what to lay down, and what support you actually need
✔️ How to create space to hear the Holy Spirit (and why quiet is where the real transformation happens)
✔️ How often to meet and how long it takes — my simple monthly cadence in 15–30 minutes
✔️ How to make it special, actually stick to it, and even go deeper by doing it with a friend
If you care about productivity, purpose, and impact that lasts, this one's worth taking notes on.
00:00 – Intro
00:54 – Building With God vs. On Your Own
03:11 – What Are You Wrestling With?
04:24 – Create Space to Hear Him
05:12 – Ask for Support & Resourcest
07:54 – Making It Practical
08:16 – ROI of Connecting with God
10:53 – Outro

How to Stop the Sunday Scaries: Rhythms For a Peaceful Sunday Routine
2026/09/07
Does Sunday bring a pit to your stomach instead of peace? For a lot of high-achieving Christian women, the one day meant for rest ends up frantic, overscheduled, or hijacked by the to-do list — and slowing down feels almost impossible. In this episode, I'm walking you through how to build a Sunday routine that feels sacred and sweet instead of stressful, so you can start your week filled up rather than already drained.
In this episode, you'll learn:
✔️ Why "a Sunday well spent brings a week of content" — and how the day sets the tone for everything after it
✔️ The mindset shift that changed my Sundays: trusting God with your time the way you trust Him with your tithe
✔️ The three kinds of rest — emotional, physical, and spiritual — and how to know which one you actually need
✔️ How to name your clear "nos" and protect the day without guilt
✔️ A simple, no-pressure way to start: one small rhythm to try each Sunday for a monthWhether your Sundays have felt frantic, fulfilling, or just fine, this is your invitation to stop white-knuckling the day and let it become holy again.
00:00 — Introduction
02:08 — The question to start asking every Sunday
06:43 — Finding a routine may require sacrifice, prioritizing community over comfort, and building a family foundation

What Faith-Based Coaching Actually Looks Like | 100 Hours In with Amy Littleson
2026/08/24
Ever wondered what faith-based coaching actually looks like and whether it's worth the time and money? This episode is your inside look, straight from someone who's lived it.
I'm joined by Amy Littleson McNitt, a lifestyle and fashion creator I've had the joy of coaching since 2019. We've walked through so much together: multiple moves, launching her business full time, her marriage, and her transition into motherhood. In this honest, warm conversation, Amy pulls back the curtain on what our years of coaching have looked like and the very real return she's seen from the investment.
Here's what you'll hear inside this episode:
→ The difference between therapy and coaching, and why Amy said yes to something completely new
→ What she's learned about building a rich, ongoing relationship with God
→ Why rest is counterintuitively one of the most productive things she does (some of her best business ideas come out of it)
→ The business decisions that only made sense because she trusted God
→ How God shows up in her life — obviously, faithfully, and with a sense of humor
→ Her hot tip for word-of-the-year, vision boards, and goal setting that actually work
→ What motherhood has been teaching her about love, compassion, and rest
If you're a high-capacity Christian woman in leadership who's curious whether coaching could help you trade overwhelm and striving for clarity, confidence, and faith-led growth — this behind-the-scenes conversation is for you.

16:02 Advice on delegation: start small, find the right people through prayer
17:44 How GSCC influenced Amy's work — compressing 70-hour weeks into 25 nanny hours
19:25 Amy shares her morning affirmation practice and how it couples with prayer
21:38 Amy's recent ROI story — doubling organic affiliate revenue after 3 coaching calls

Why Christian Coaching Isn’t Another Thing to Do: It’s How You Discern WHAT to Do
2026/08/18
Do you feel overwhelmed by everything you're already carrying and wonder how you could possibly add coaching to your plate?
Hear this: Christian coaching isn't about adding more. It's about simplifying what you're already doing so you can focus on what actually matters most.
In this episode, I unpack what coaching actually looks like and the common misconceptions prospective clients have before getting started.
If you're an ambitious Christian female entrepreneur, leader, or mom who is tired of overthinking, striving, doing all the things, and wondering what God is actually asking you to focus on, this conversation is for you.
Inside this episode, we'll talk about:
• What Christian coaching actually is• Why coaching isn't simply another item on your to-do list• How faith-based coaching can help simplify your overwhelm in a faith first way• The difference between doing more and doing what matters• Why pausing can actually be productive• How to hear God's direction and turn insight into action• Moving from striving to Spirit-led strategy• The role of Biblical beliefs in sustainable growth• How coaching differs from therapy• Why clarity comes with action• How to stop playing "whack-a-mole" with everything that's urgent and fix your gaze on what actually matters
At Grace Space Christian Coaching, we believe ambitious Christian women don't have to choose between meaningful growth and a peaceful, God-centered life.
Through our signature Growth Without Burnout framework, we help women:
Build on biblical beliefTransform their thoughtsShift from striving to Spirit-led strategy
The goal isn't to help you do everything.
It's to help you discern what matters most, what God is calling you to, and how to move forward with confidence.
As Galatians 5:16 reminds us, we're called to walk by the Spirit.
So ask yourself:
What's most important, God?What would You have me do about it?
Then be willing to take the next faithful step.
If you're ready to grow your life and business with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in God, let's talk.

How to Find Your Home Church (When Nothing Feels Like the Right Fit)
2026/08/17
Trying to find your home church — and feeling a little lost in the process? Maybe you just moved, maybe your pastor left, maybe your denomination is shifting, or maybe plugging into community has started to feel like breaking into a social club. Wherever you are, this episode is for you.
Scripture has so much to say about gathering together (start in Acts or 1 Corinthians if you want to go deeper), and the local church is one of the greatest gifts you'll ever be part of. In this episode, you'll walk away with a clear, prayerful framework for finding the place God is calling you to plug into.
You'll learn how to weigh the values that matter most in this season:
→ Biblical preaching (the most important factor — is this church rooted in God's Word?)
→ Worship, community, and where you'd actually connect
→ What a vibrant children's ministry signals about a church's health
→ Elders, leadership, small groups, and how the church serves its community
Plus practical tips for the search itself!
And the biggest reminder of all: your home church is meant to support and amplify your personal relationship with Jesus — never replace it. Perfection doesn't exist, nothing's forever, and there's no single "right" decision. It's about prayerfully choosing a place and making that choice work.
If you're seeking clarity, community, and a place to grow in your faith, this one's for you. Share it with a spouse or friend who's in their own church search.

She Quit Her 9-5 at 30: How to Take a Faith-Led Risk on Yourself Without the Overwhelm
2026/08/02
What if taking a risk on yourself didn't require a giant leap — just one small, faithful step?
In this episode, Alexandra sits down with Anita Kinoshita — former software engineer turned financial educator, creator of Financial Independence School, and a longtime Grace Space client.
Anita reached Coast FI in her early 30s on a $70K salary and now teaches an audience of 300,000+ how to spend mindfully, invest calmly, and design a life they actually want to live. Her story has been featured in Bloomberg, Business Insider, CNBC, and Good Morning America.
This is a conversation for the ambitious Christian woman who looks successful on the outside but wonders, "Am I spending my life on the things that actually matter?" Anita shares how faith, clarity, and small consistent steps — not striving — led her to walk away from her 9-5 and build a life aligned with how God designed her.
In this episode, you'll learn:
• Why a bold risk is really just "a series of steps," not a leap
• How to make faith-led decisions with both your head and your heart
• The self-concept work that changes everything (and why beliefs drive results)
• How Anita uses the Holy Spirit — not just strategy — for direction and clarity
• Practical tips for growing on YouTube and Instagram by leading with story
• Why consistency and "one small step" compound into a life you love

06:28 — Anita's Financial Independence (FI) origin story
12:58 — The decision to quit her 9-5 and go all-in

5 Biblical Steps to Find Peace: For Christian Women Who Want to Stop Reacting and Start Responding
2026/07/19
Do you feel like you're constantly putting out fires — at work, at home, in your own head?
In this episode, I'm breaking down why so many high-achieving Christian women live in reactive mode (hello, perfectionism, all-or-nothing thinking, and overcompensating) and what to do instead.
In this episode, you'll learn 5 practical, faith-rooted shifts to help you move from reactive to responsive, focused and faithful:
✔️ Setting boundaries around what's actually yours to carry
✔️ Reframing hard seasons instead of letting them define you
✔️ Falling in love with the Giver (Jesus) instead of the outcome
✔️ Inviting your people into the real, hard stuff
✔️ Getting clarity on your God-given call so you can let the rest go
If you're ready to trade striving for trust and burnout for peace, this episode is for you.
00:00 — Intro
03:11 — What it means to be focused, and not reactive
06:10 — Point 1: Create boundaries like a boss
06:53 — Point 2: Reframe the tough stuff

God-Centered Goal Setting for Christian Business Owners
2026/06/14
Today, we're going deeper into how to actually set goals as a Christian business owner that fulfill your God-given purpose.
This isn't just about goal setting. It's about goal setting that is guided by God.
In this episode you will learn:
• How you're hiding your greatest gifts (and what that's actually costing you)
• Your God-given strengths are where real growth happens (not in your weaknesses)
• How your purpose intersects where the world's greatest need meets your greatest passion
Why This Matters:
One of my favorite quotes is, "Without vision, the people perish." Vision casting is deeply energizing and can be a lifeline in challenging seasons. But what's even better than goal setting is goal setting that is guided by God.
About Grace Space Christian Coaching:
I'm Alexandra Kaval, a certified professional coach and founder of Grace Space Christian Coaching. We serve ambitious women in leadership who are struggling with limiting beliefs and overwhelm so they can create a more intentional Christ-centered life.
Our signature program, Growth Without Burnout, helps you:
