Owners of All Things Ube Desserts, Daphne and Dennis, tell us the story about how they got their name as well as how they got their ube recipes. They do ANYTHING & ALL THINGS UBE. All Things Ube started back in 2018 and have come a long way since then. They even give us exciting news in this episode! The ice cream tastes just like ice cream! She tells us about her background from being in computer science, going to ice cream school and even being in the yoga community. Libby tells us the meaning of "Kula" and how that inspired her recipes to be able to include everyone. Kula Ice Cream started by being inspired by an all vegan scoop shop in Austin Texas and wanted to bring it to San Diego. Libby gives us the inside scoop about how her ice cream is made.
