Building Safety, Releasing Shame, and Healing the Fear of Being Seen /Solo Episode
2025/10/15
This week I'm diving into something we all do, often without realizing — self-sabotage. Whether it shows up in love, work, or how we share ourselves with the world, it's rarely about laziness or lack of willpower. It's about safety, belief, and the stories our subconscious & nervous system cling to.
I open up about my own patterns — the ways I used to hold myself back, hide behind perfection, overgive in relationships — and how I began to rewire those old beliefs. If you've ever found yourself procrastinating, people-pleasing, or shrinking the moment you're finally being seen, this one's for you.
Here's what I explore:
💭 What self-sabotage really is — and why it's not your fault
🌙 How childhood beliefs quietly shape your adult life
⚡️ The link between nervous system safety and lasting change
🌿 Simple, grounding tools to regulate and return to yourself
🧠 How to reprogram limiting beliefs using awareness and proof
💫 The power of visualization and evidence-based self-trust
🤍 Learning to feel safe being seen — online and in love
Here's to the version of you who's ready to stop hiding 🫶🏻

2025/07/30
In this episode of She's WELLthy, I'm talking with Jenna Zoe, astrology & human design expert and founder of the Human Design app.
We discuss our individual journeys finding spirituality as former atheists and the process of spiritual awakening & how individual it is. Jenna talks about the importance of learning to trust your intuition, make decisions with more clarity, and how to connect to your inner authority in a society full of distractions.
Jenna breaks down the 4 human design types, characteristics of each, and how to live in alignment with your unique human design. (I recommend taking her quiz to discover your type before listening: https://www.myhumandesign.com/get-your-chart/
