You really have to take time to love on you. You can't expect someone else to show you a love you desire and want if you not setting that example for yourself. Self-love is not selfish. Stop thinking that being there for others and never yourself is healthy. Lets talk about what loving you really looks like.

Being loved is the essence of our wellbeing. In fact, it is the reason why we all were created. God is love and we are created from that love, in that love, and because of His love toward us. Without love, we all perish and soon. My point today is to get you to learn how to love yourself in a healthy way, so that people don't come along and love you in their selfish kind of pseudo way and you fall for it. Be intentional about how you connect with others and be alert in how they come to connect with you.

So many people are searching for real love; I'm talking about a genuine love, and sometimes at any cost. You may be feeling like you will never get it; love will never come, there are no more good men/good women, or that any chance of real love is gone. It's not. You have to understand your worth and not match your worth with someone else's viewpoint of you. You deserve real love. You do not have to settle or give up on love.

When asked the question, "What is your talent?" Most people say, "ummm I don't have any. Well, you do! Perhaps the confusion about talents have forced people to overlook or minimize their abilities. You do have gifts or a gift, and you certainly have abilities. Let's discover what they are.
