Also have another online business that generates 7 figures in ebitda.  Never had so much money in my account so I wasn't 100% sure what to do with it.  Went down the rabbit hole of investing. Took a "throw my money against the wall and see what sticks" approach.  Invested in everything you can imagine: penny stocks, crypto, stocks, hedgefund, PE, real estate, list goes on and on. So how does a 21 year old make $30,000/month selling products on Amazon? In this interview, I got the opportunity to sit down with Damian - founder of EffingGoodSnacks. The story goes like this… He came to Canada at the age of 15 from Hong Kong. When it was time to go to university, he was reluctant. But like any good kid, he listened to his parents. First week of school, he knew this wasn’t for him. So he made his parents a deal. “Hey mom and dad, if I can make $30,000/month on Amazon, can I drop out of school?” His parents laughed at him and agreed. He borrowed $1000 from his parents, worked a job to save up $4000. He started a yoga brand with $5000. A few months later, he reached $30,000/month in sales. He dropped out of school to focus on e-commerce full time. Now he is building EffingGoodSnacks - a snack company focusing on late night treats, but with a healthy twist. His first product is a low carb, low sugar cookie. I had the opportunity to try it yesterday. It was pretty damn good! 8/10 I would say. Anyway, in this interview, we broke down his story.
