Ranked Road Ragers, and the (suddenly) Blind leading the Armed
2026/10/06
This week we somehow covered road rage diagnostics, high school phenoms who looked 40 in their yearbook photos, GLP-1s allegedly making people go blind, and the very important question of whether you’re the type of person who actually knows how to handle a gun… or the type who would just end up shooting the ceiling fan. All of it discussed with the seriousness of a group of people who clearly should not be discussing any of these things. Buckle up. Or don’t. We’re not your parents. Timestamps coming soon (or never, depending on how organized we feel). Subscribe if you enjoy unhinged conversations that somehow still make sense. Comment with your personal road-rage ranking or your most embarrassing high-school photo. Like the video so the algorithm thinks we’re normal.
Hey, Washington, D.C. … don’t forget to like and subscribe.
2026/09/30
Not Old Enough to Run for President, Too Young to Say “Clock It” This one was a little different. Dr. Ivo is in Washington, D.C. right now doing political work, Ashley was driving, and I was at home — so we jumped on Zoom just to check in, catch up, and give you guys an episode. We talk about where Dr. Ivo is, what he’s been up to in D.C., and keep the conversation going even though we couldn’t all be in the same place. Sometimes you just have to make it work. Hope you enjoy this one
We survived frontier, but super El Niño might not let us survive winter : space weapons and the Ace Ventura surveillance protest
2026/09/23
This week on Gotta Get Said we talk about the Myrtle Beach vacation and flying Frontier — and how it was actually a good experience even though everybody acts like that airline is a punishment. Then we get into the Macklemore concert situation: he said something controversial, it blew up, and it turned into a bigger question. How do you want to consume a concert? Do you want them to keep it music only, or do you want the artist to say what they feel? We also talk Super El Niño and why they’re saying this winter is going to be awful. The United States confirming it has space weapons. A guy who got arrested after doing the Ace Ventura thing — talking with his butt on street cameras — to show how he feels about surveillance. And the usual AI conversation because that’s just where every episode ends up now. Same show as always. Unfiltered, a little all over the place, and saying what everyone’s already thinking. It Gotta Get Said.
The Floor Is Yours: Kevin LeBron — Skater, Graphic Designer, and Unfiltered
2026/09/15
Kevin LeBron takes the floor — skater, graphic designer, and the kind of guest who will not let a story sit still. Matt hands him the mic and they talk skating, design, and whatever else comes flying out.
Where We Were on 9/11, the Lies Our Parents Told Us as Kids, and the News That Won’t Leave Us Alone
2026/09/11
This week on Gotta Get Said we start where a lot of people are starting today — September 11th. It’s 25 years later, and we talk about where we were when it happened, what we actually remember versus what we think we remember, and how a day like that sits different when you’re a kid versus when you’re a parent trying to explain it to your own kids. Then we get into the stuff parents told us growing up that was flat-out not true. Not the cute Santa stuff. The tactical lies. The ones designed to get you in the car, finish your plate, stay off the furniture, or stop asking questions. “If you keep making that face it’ll stay that way.” “We’re only going in for five minutes.” “I don’t care who started it.” We run through the greatest hits and how every one of us is now using the same playbook on our own kids with a straight face. Dr. Ivo’s Dose is in the mix too. We hit what’s actually happening in the news today — the 25th anniversary ceremonies, the usual mix of remembrance and noise around it, and whatever else was too ridiculous to ignore this week — and Ivo does what he does: cuts through it without turning the episode into a briefing. Same show as always. Unfiltered, a little all over the place, and saying what everyone’s already thinking. It Gotta Get Said.
Gotta Get Said: First Studio Episode
2026/09/08
This is the first studio episode of Gotta Get Said. We finally recorded in the same room instead of over Zoom, and you can tell — the energy’s different. We get into fantasy football season and why so many owners act like they work for ESPN. Then we go back to being kids who lived in sports jerseys and thought that was a whole personality. From there it gets more real: playground bullying, and what you’re supposed to do as a parent when your kid is in the middle of it. We also talk about the Lindsay Clancy case and the headlines around it. Same show as always. Unfiltered, a little chaotic, and saying what everyone’s already thinking.
"Recorded Through a Soup Can: Somewhere Between the Monkey Escaping & Halloween in August, We Left Reality
2026/09/01
Space is so big it almost doesn’t feel real. You sit with that for two seconds and then the rest of the week hits you in the face. This week we talk about Dolly Parton passing away — and why that one actually lands different — a monkey that walked out of a lab in Japan, lived its best life for 24 hours, and then just… came back, flash floods that turned beautiful places into disaster zones overnight, and a whole bunch of other stuff that had no business being in the same conversation. Unfiltered. Slightly unhinged. The kind of episode where you start talking about the size of the universe and somehow end up arguing about a monkey with better decision-making than most adults. It’s messy. It’s relatable. It Gotta Get Said.
Summer’s Over, Moana’s Canceled, and the Costumes Are Getting Weird
2026/08/25
Summer’s packing its bags, Halloween costumes are getting way too couple-y, and Italy just had to rename Moana because a famous porn star already claimed the name. We dive into all of it — the end-of-summer blues, the pressure of finding matching costumes that don’t make you look ridiculous, the absolute chaos of that Moana situation, and whatever else is currently melting our brains in the news. Unfiltered, slightly unhinged, and exactly the kind of conversation you’d have after two drinks with friends who refuse to let anything slide.
Camp or Glamp? Ivo’s Guatemala Wipeout in This July Inferno (And Chucky Still Wins)
2026/08/18
This week on Gotta Get Said: We tried to have a normal conversation about whether anyone actually camps anymore or if we’re all just glamping with air mattresses, string lights, and a Bluetooth speaker. That lasted about four minutes before Dr. Ivo dropped the story of his motorcycle crash in Guatemala — the kind of story that makes you question every life choice you’ve ever made while sitting in a tent. Then we spent way too long complaining about how July felt like we were living inside a hair dryer. And somehow, because this show has no structure, we ended up talking about why the original Child’s Play still slaps harder than any modern horror movie. Chucky’s a doll. He’s three feet tall. And he still wins. Camping vs. glamping. Near-death in Central America. Heatstroke. Childhood trauma. Same as every other Tuesday.
• School’s Back, Posture’s Dead, and Everyone’s Naming Their Kid Haaland
2026/08/11
Back-to-school season hits different depending on who you ask. For the kids it’s pure chaos and new sneakers. For the parents it’s early alarms, supply lists, and emotional damage. For the teachers… it’s a whole other level of survival mode. This week we break down the annual back-to-school bloodbath from all three sides, then somehow end up talking about how sitting up straight at your desk is supposed to be good for you while also being bad for your brain. Classic. Also in this episode: the sudden global trend of people naming their kids after Erling Haaland, and whatever else we ended up ranting about along the way. It’s messy. It’s relatable. It’s Gotta Get Said
Space Needle Jumpers, Robot Teachers Getting the Boot, and Other Things That Shouldn’t Exist
2026/08/04
This week we kicked things off by looking back at the last two The Floor Is Yours episodes. We talked about what we liked — the stories that stuck with us, the energy the guests brought, and the moments that made the segments feel real and fun. It’s always a good time when people just show up and share what’s going on in their world. Then we jumped into Dr. Ivo’s Dose, and he came through with a wild mix of topics. We got into the people skydiving off the Space Needle and the security guard who’s almost certainly about to have a very bad day at work. From there we moved into AI teachers getting paused after all the backlash, plus a bunch of other random, funny stuff that had us going back and forth the whole time. Classic Gotta Get Said energy — half recap, half pure chaos with Dr. Ivo.
The Floor Is Yours: Jay Takes the Mic
2026/07/31
This week on Gotta Get Said, we kick off a new segment, The Floor Is Yours, with New Jersey comedian Jay. He sits down and gets real about what it actually takes to be a comic — the grind, the trials and tribulations of “making it,” the late nights, the empty rooms, the wins, the setbacks, and everything in between. No fluff, just straight talk from someone living it.
AI’s Coming and the Tornado Never Does
2026/07/28
AI’s Coming and the Tornado Never Does This week we’re talking about how AI is quietly (and not so quietly) taking over everything and why it’s actually kind of terrifying… while also getting into how the weather has been acting completely unhinged lately. Tornado warnings keep dropping and somehow a tornado never actually shows up. Classic. We rant about the current chaos, the stuff everyone’s thinking but not saying, and a bunch of other random nonsense that somehow all connects. Same energy, zero filter. Hit play. You’re welcome.
New Segment: The Floor Is Yours ft. AJ – D1 to Overseas
2026/07/21
On vacation with the fam this week, so I’m keeping it short and sweet — just a quick hello from me letting you know I’m off recharging. Then we’re jumping straight into something brand new and fire… The Floor Is Yours — our new segment where everyday people (and some not-so-everyday) get to tell their stories. First up is my guy AJ, a Division 1 basketball player who’s now out there balling overseas. He breaks down his journey — how it all started, the grind to get to the D1 level, and what it’s really like bouncing from team to team around the world, learning new cultures and adapting to the international game. It’s inspiring, insightful, and straight fire. Enjoy the episode!”
Men vs Women Friendships: Group Chats & Ghosting
2026/07/14
This week we broke down the real differences in how men and women handle friendships — group chats that are total chaos vs. full therapy sessions, who actually checks in, and why one side ghosts harder than the other. We also got real about breakups (spoiler: they suck no matter what) and all the messy feelings that come with them. Plus, Dr. Ivo dropped his weekly hot takes in Dr. Ivo’s Dose — you don’t want to miss his unfiltered thoughts on [insert a light topic from the segment if you want, or leave general]. Raw laughs, relatable rants, and zero filter — just how we do it. 🔗 Link in bio / Listen now on Spotify & Apple Podcasts #GottaGetSaid #FriendshipFails #MenVsWomen #BreakupTalk #DrIvosDose
