While not the best start of the year, it is definitely a way to shake things up.
Going to try crossfit, group therapy for LGTBQ+ individuals, continue hypno therapy, and continue to find a therapist who can specialize in a case like me.
This year is going to be a new positive adventure.
I shall also be transitioning into more scripted content!

Anyone person casually playing a tank or healer can easily get enough commendations to become a mentor.
Final Fantasy 14 - A brilliant guide to trauma

The story itself is quite cathartic, but also evocative emotionally.
However, when we start looking at the threads of fate we start to understand that everything in game in done with particular aspect and perspectives in mind.
My personal take is that Trauma is one of the underlying themes.
Then once we understand that, it helps us truly work through some of those experiences.
