Description
I’m on a mission—a mission to speak with the most inspiring people from all over the world. I want to know their stories. I want to know…what stories they used to tell. Are they the same ones they tell today? Or did they redefine that story to overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve. I want to help them share their stories. Why? Because I KNOW the power of the story. I know that it can make or break you. It can give you the world, or it can tear you apart. You see, there’s always two sides going on down in your head. And you get to choose. Will I listen to the one that is trying to stop me?

My Anxiety Journey: How I Got Here...From There.
2026/09/18
Learn about the Regulated & Secure Program here: https://regulatedandsecure.com/case-study-invite/
Send me an email: [email protected]
I’ve talked about anxiety and depression before, but in this episode, I’m taking you back to what it actually looked like for me.
There was a time when anxiety controlled almost every part of my life. I struggled to talk to strangers, avoided situations that made me uncomfortable, lived constantly in my own head, and genuinely wondered if this was just who I was going to be forever.
It wasn’t.
In this episode, I’m sharing my journey from that version of me to the person I am today—the things I had to face, what actually helped me change, and how I learned that healing wasn’t about never feeling anxious again. It was about learning how to stop letting anxiety run my life.
If you’re in a season where you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you should be further along by now, I hope my story reminds you that where you are right now doesn’t have to be where you stay.
A lot can change when you stop believing that the way you’ve always been is the way you’ll always be.
Full Circle with Thomas "Purpose" Waterman
2026/03/02
In today's episode, I go back to a conversation I had with Thomas Waterman, back in 2022. I had the opportunity to sit down with Thomas and have a beautiful conversation about his story of leadership and, ultimately, his story of finding himself. This was one of my favorite conversations, and the universe brought it back around full circle.

The World Feels Like It’s On Fire: How to Stay Regulated
2026/02/18
If you’ve been feeling more anxious, on edge, exhausted, or emotionally flooded lately… you’re not imagining it.
Between nonstop headlines, political tension, global uncertainty, and the constant stream of information hitting our nervous systems, many of us are living in a low-grade stress response without even realizing it.
In this episode, we talk about what’s really happening in your body when the world feels chaotic — and how to come back to calm without disconnecting or shutting down.
You’ll learn simple, practical ways to regulate your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and stay grounded even when everything around you feels loud.
We explore:
Why constant news and uncertainty can dysregulate your nervous system
The difference between caring and absorbing collective stress
How chronic stress shows up physically and emotionally
Simple tools to calm your body in real time
How to create boundaries around information without avoiding reality
Ways to reconnect with safety, agency, and inner steadiness
This conversation blends neuroscience, emotional awareness, and practical tools to help you stay rooted in yourself — even in uncertain times.
Because staying calm isn’t about ignoring what’s happening. It’s about creating enough internal stability to respond with clarity instead of fear.
Take a breath, press play, and let’s come back to center together.

How to Manifest Love Using Neuroscience (Not Magic)
2026/02/09
Trying to manifest love but stuck in the same relationship patterns? In this episode, I share three neuroscience-based tips to help you manifest love without the woo — including how your Reticular Activating System filters partners, why you should manifest an experience instead of a person, and how aligned action rewires attraction.

Melissa the Douche: A Conversation About Anxious Thoughts and Dating
2026/02/02
In this episode, I have a real, unfiltered conversation with my friend Ari during an impromptu coaching session that started over chili and turned into a powerful discussion about dating anxiety, subconscious patterns, and relationship triggers. Ari opens up about the fear and uncertainty she’s experiencing in her current dating life, and I walk her through simple, practical mindset tools to help interrupt old thought patterns, regulate her nervous system, and shift out of self-sabotage. If you’re navigating dating anxiety, overthinking, or repeating relationship patterns, this episode offers grounded coaching, subconscious reprogramming techniques, and actionable steps to help you manifest the relationship you actually want—rather than the one you’re unconsciously recreating.

Stop Romanticizing Emotional Rollercoasters
2026/01/21
We love to call it chemistry.Passion.A “deep connection.”
But sometimes what we’re really feeling is familiar chaos.
In this episode, we unpack why emotionally intense, hot-and-cold dynamics can feel so magnetic — and why calm, steady connection can feel unfamiliar or even boring at first. We talk about how the nervous system gets conditioned to equate unpredictability with love, how culture romanticizes emotional rollercoasters, and what actually has to heal before healthy relationships become possible.
This isn’t about blaming yourself or pathologizing attraction. It’s about understanding the pattern underneath the pattern — and learning how to stop confusing dysregulation with intimacy.
If you’ve ever wondered why you keep choosing the same dynamic in a different body, this conversation will land.
And if this topic hits close to home and you’re interested in working with me to untangle old patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build safer, more grounded connections, send me a message.

Staying Calm Without Looking Away
2026/01/13
In this episode, we talk about how to stay calm and grounded when the world feels loud, polarized, and emotionally charged — without numbing out or pretending nothing is happening. I explore why passion often turns into nervous system overload, how outrage is amplified and monetized, and what it actually means to care without burning yourself out. This isn’t about disengaging or staying neutral. It’s about learning how to regulate your body so you can stay present, discerning, and human while facing hard truths. If you’ve felt pulled between staying informed and protecting your peace, this conversation offers a steadier way to hold both.

Uncomfortable, On Purpose
2026/01/06
This episode reintroduces The Stories We Tell as a space for honest, awake conversation — about personal growth and the world we’re living in today. I explore how the narratives we carry aren’t just things we say out loud later, but quiet frameworks shaping our reactions, relationships, and sense of what’s possible. Feeling uncomfortable on purpose becomes an act of presence: choosing to notice hard truths with accountability, while still meeting yourself with self-love, grace, and acceptance. It’s not about hot takes or polished positivity — it’s about staying with what is, understanding how your nervous system influences the story, and learning to grow without punishment. If you’ve ever felt stuck between compassion and responsibility, this episode offers a way to hold both — and see how life begins to shift when you stop looking away.
