GOD STILL SPEAKS: What Season 1 Taught us About Hearing God
2026/08/19
Season 1 is in the books, and before Season 2 kicks off in October, we're going back through everything our guests said on the questions that mattered most. First up: Hearing God. Not the theory of it. The practice. What it actually sounds like on a Tuesday, in a squad car, in the middle of a decision you can't undo. Our guests this season came at it from wildly different places; policing, business, ministry, city-level problem solving; and landed in a strikingly similar spot: God still speaks, most of us have never learned to listen, and the ones who hear him best are the ones who treat it like a skill instead of a spiritual gift they either got or didn't. You'll hear why every act of innovation begins with a question. What happens when a patrol officer stops asking how to end a domestic dispute and starts asking what Jesus would say to the couple in front of him. Why God hides things, and why that's good news. How to tell your own voice from his. What to do when you get it wrong. And 3 practical guard rails for testing whether the thing you're hearing is really him.
Jantzen Miller: Part 2 - Freedom, Prayer and Trusting God
2026/07/07
Our previous episode with Jantzen Miller was so powerful, we had to release a Part 2! This conversation goes deep into prayer, trusting God and what that looks like for us in our areas of influence in the marketplace.

Gary Brooks: What Is Your First National Center?
2026/06/09
In this episode, Gary Brooks shares what the Lord has taught him through his journey as a successful real estate developer, and specifically, the renovation of the First National Center in Oklahoma City. Renovating the First National Center was a presumably, impossible project that Gary shares was a prop for what the Lord wanted to do in him, more than it was about the building itself. We get to listen in and learn all the rich nuggets Gary learned, like living with holy expectation and the importance of stewarding God's spoken Word well. Gary also shares that the First National Center was a starting point for what the Lord has invited him to step into next, and encourages us to look for and lean into our "First National." Enjoy the show!

Part 2 of our conversation with Wes Lane explored the journey of discovering and living out God's purpose for our lives. We dive into the importance of hearing God's voice, stepping into our assignments with courage, and understanding that our identity is rooted in Christ—not in what we do. The discussion reminded us that God leads us progressively, layer by layer, and that He gives grace for the pace in the place He calls us to. Whether you're in a season of building something new or watching the "cloud lift" as God redirects your path, this message offers encouragement to trust His leadership and jump in when He prompts you forward.

Marnie Taylor: The Impact of Non-Profits
2025/12/09
In every thriving city, there's an invisible network of compassion, dedication, and transformative work happening behind the scenes. It's not always glamorous, and it rarely makes headlines, but it's the heartbeat of community transformation, the non-profit sector.
Join in on this conversation with Marnie Taylor as we dive deep into the impact of this sector on our lives and our city.
Scotia Moore: Lead with Hospitality
2025/11/11
What if the most powerful weapon we have for leadership and city transformation isn't found in boardrooms or pulpit platforms, but around our dinner tables? Join us in this conversation with Scotia Moore, as she challenges us to reconsider hospitality not as entertaining or impressing others, but as a form of spiritual warfare, a radical act of generosity that tears down walls and builds bridges across divides.
It is not about perfect homes or gourmet meals, it's about creating space where people encounter the presence of God through our willingness to be vulnerable, to step into discomfort, and to practice the courageous faith of bringing unlikely people together.
Clarence Hill: City Transformation through Unity and Leadership

Dr. Hill explored the concept of city transformation through the lens of kingdom culture, emphasizing four key pillars: prayer, love, unity, and celebration. He stressed the importance of unity among believers and the need for intentional leadership in bringing about positive change in our communities. This episode highlighted the significance of personal sacrifice, forgiveness, and maintaining healthy spiritual rhythms in our pursuit of God's vision for our city.

Wes Lane: Discovering God's Purpose and Hearing His Voice
2025/09/09
In this powerful exploration of divine purpose, we're reminded that God's plan for our lives is knowable and accessible. The key message is that by earnestly seeking God, we can uncover our unique mission. This echoes Jeremiah 29:13, where God promises, 'You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.' We're challenged to pay attention to the passions and burdens God places on our hearts, as these often point to our divine calling. The journey of discovering God's purpose is portrayed not as a one-time event, but as an evolving process of deepening understanding and revelation. This perspective encourages us to embrace the mystery of faith and view our failures as part of the learning journey. As we navigate our path, we're urged to shift from a performance-oriented mindset to one of resting in God's grace, trusting His guidance rather than relying solely on our own efforts.
Key Points:
God's purpose for our lives is knowable and can be discovered through seeking HimPersonal missions and callings evolve and deepen over timeThe importance of resting in God rather than trying to make everything happen on our ownRecognizing when God is shifting our focus or calling us to a new seasonLearning to hear God's voice through practice, obedience, and community
