reactions shake how you see yourself? In this Season 2 finale of Soul Therapy with Dr.
Dee, we close out our series on healing insecurity with one of the most important truths
you’ll ever internalize: you don’t get to decide how other people feel about you — but
you also can’t let them decide how you feel about yourself.

the Root, Release the Pressure, Surrender to the Process, and Trust God with the
Outcome — and shows what it actually looks like to show up as a secure person rooted in
Christ.

for external validation, this episode is your landing place.

2026/06/14
What happens when insecurity gets behind the wheel of your relationships? On Week 7 of Soul Therapy, Dr. Dee unpacks the REAL Communication Framework — a four-part approach to having honest, healing conversations even when you're still in process.
REAL stands for: Respectful, Empathetic, Assertive, and Listen. When you do all four, you can reach a breakthrough even in your most difficult relationships.
Dr. Dee shares a personal story from her own divorce season — and the conversation that changed everything — to show what REAL communication looks like in real life.

How to Heal for Real
2026/04/19
You’re not just dealing with what you feel—you’re dealing with what’s feeding it.
In this episode, we uncover the hidden agreements behind your patterns and why healing can feel incomplete even when you’re doing all the “right” things. Because you can’t heal what you’re still using as protection.
Through the FIRST Framework, reflection, and truth, you’ll begin breaking agreement with the belief that you have to prove your worth to feel secure.
This isn’t just about awareness—it’s about doing the work that leads to real change.
No matter what you’ve been through, there is more in you.

Facing the Pain: When Staying the Same Hurts More
2026/04/12
Last week, we talked about “A Slip Is Showing.” This week, we’re not covering anything up—we’re facing it.
Because this is how you heal from insecurity: you start by being honest about how painful it is to stay the same.
In this episode, we begin the healing process—Face the Pain, Identify the Root, Release the Pressure, Shift Your Thinking, and Trust God with the Outcome—by focusing on the first and most important step: truth.
What happens when you stop avoiding and start being honest with yourself? You move from criticism, comparison, and confusion into clarity, courage, and confidence.
Through real-life reflections and everyday examples, this episode challenges you to stop calling it confusion and recognize it for what it is—avoidance.
You’ve proven you can survive it… now it’s time to heal.
Avoidance keeps you stuck. Truth moves you forward.

Soul Detox|🎙️ Day 40 —Become a Fearless Leader
2026/02/13
Today marks the completion of the 40-Day Soul Detox and the closing of Season 1 of the Soul Therapy Podcast.
This isn’t just an ending.
It’s a sealing.
In this final episode, we anchor in Psalm 112:7 — “They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord.”
Steadfast means anchored.
Rooted.
Immovable.
Unshakable.
Over these 40 days, we have confronted fear at its root. We uncovered the Five Toxic C’s — criticism, comparison, complaining, competition, and confusion — and recognized what was hiding underneath them all: fear.
But something shifted.
Fear may still knock.
But it cannot dwell where the peace of God is resting.
In this finale, we confront the deeper fear many won’t say out loud:
What if I finally receive what I prayed for… and then fail?
What if I can’t sustain it?
Here’s the truth:
If God entrusted it to you, He already equipped you for it.
You are not sustained by performance.
You are sustained by obedience.
You are anchored by promise.
Today we declare:
🗣️ My heart is anchored.
🗣️ I am immovable and unshakable in Christ.
🗣️ Fear may come, but it cannot dwell here.
🗣️ The peace of God rests on me.
🗣️ What He started in me, He will finish.
Season 1 closes with stability.
With sealing.
With peace that remains under pressure.
🌿 Season 2 begins next month — and we’re going deeper into Security in Christ.
Rooted identity.
Stable confidence.
Unshakable belonging.
Because when you are secure in Christ, fear loses its foothold.
If this 40-Day Soul Detox blessed you, share the podcast, leave a review, and invite someone into the work.
Your heart is anchored.
Immovable.
Unshakable.
Soul Detox| Day 39 — I 5 Toxic C’s
2026/02/12
On Day 39 of the Soul Detox journey, we reflect on Revelation 12:11 and the truth that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.
This fast has revealed five toxic C’s that fear produces: criticism, comparison, complaining, competition, and confusion. When fear operates beneath the surface, it steals joy, contentment, peace, clarity, and rest.
In this episode, I share what it feels like to finally rest in peace without the need for recognition in career or ministry. I’m learning that clarity shows up at the appointed time. The next book, the next project, the next role — I don’t have to force any of it.
When it’s time, I will know what to do.
Overcoming is not about effort alone. It is about trusting God’s power and remembering every victory He has already given you.
If fear has been whispering through criticism, comparison, complaining, competition, or confusion, this episode will help you realign your heart and reclaim your peace.
I overcome fear by God’s power.
And I trust His timing.
Soul Detox-Day 38| It’s Gonna Be Okay
2026/02/11
🎙️
In today’s Soul Therapy Podcast, we rest in a powerful truth: God is our refuge.
Not a backup plan.
Not a last resort.
But our present help and safe dwelling place.
This episode invites you to release the urge to self-protect, self-manage, and self-defend—and instead, to dwell in God’s covering. When life feels loud, uncertain, or emotionally heavy, refuge is not found in control or clarity. It’s found in trusting where we stand.
Through Soul Therapy Work, we explore what it means to stop running from discomfort and start resting in God’s presence—allowing Him to stabilize our hearts, quiet fear, and remind us that we are not exposed or alone.
Scripture focus:
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1
Let this episode be a place to breathe, reset, and remember:
You are held.
You are covered.
And God is your refuge—right here, right now.
Soul Detox| Day 37 — I Stand Firm in Truth
2026/02/10
As we approach the end of this fast, today’s soul therapy work calls us to stand firm—not emotionally reactive, not driven by fear, and not shaken by uncertainty—but rooted in truth.
Fear often doesn’t arrive loudly. It whispers doubts, questions our worth, and tries to pull us out of alignment. But James 4:7 reminds us that resistance is not passive—it is an active decision to submit to God and refuse agreement with fear.
Standing firm doesn’t mean arguing with fear or proving ourselves. It means staying planted in what God has already said. When we resist fear by choosing truth, fear loses its power.
Today invites you to check your alignment—gratitude, focus, and love—and to care for your body as part of your spiritual obedience. This is the work of finishing strong: staying rooted, grounded, and in agreement with God as this season comes to a close.
Let truth lead today. Fear doesn’t get the final word.
🤍
Soul Detox| Day 36-Authority in Christ
2026/02/08
Fear often becomes powerful not because it is loud, but because it is repeated. In this episode of the Soul Therapy Podcast, Dr. Dee explores Day 36: Authority Over Fear, focusing on how repeated thoughts form strongholds—and how those strongholds can be dismantled through awareness, truth, and spiritual authority. Grounded in 2 Corinthians 10:5, this episode invites listeners to stop agreeing with fear and start taking thoughts captive as part of their Soul Therapy Work.
Soul Detox| Day 35 — Hope in Him
2026/02/08
Waiting can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, and heavy—but Scripture reminds us that waiting on God is never wasted. In today’s episode of the Soul Therapy Podcast, Dr. Dee reflects on Lamentations 3:25 and explores what it means to place our hope fully in God, not as wishful thinking, but as settled trust.
This episode invites you to release pressure, realign your heart, and recognize how misplaced hope often shows up as frustration or fear. Through soul therapy work, you’ll be guided to examine what fear has been saying, practice daily alignment, and choose obedience and consistency while you wait.
If you’re in a season where nothing seems to be moving, this episode is a reminder that God is still working—and hope anchored in Him produces peace.
🎧 My waiting is not wasted.
