Advertise on podcast: UGH

It's a very very bittersweet episode of UGH, as it's our last episode for now! Erik and Gianna discuss their BIG life changes that are sending the pod into a small hiatus. And of course, they have many crazy stories per usual.    Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone that's been listening these last few months. We never thought our chaotic friendship would transpire into this! We'll be back and better than ever soon. xoxo

On today's episode, Gianna and Erik are fired up with so much energy discussing everything from 60's slang, Erik looking like Amber Heard's lawyer, Gianna's jobs, and we even have our first celebrity guest... BARNEY!!!!!

WHOEVER PUT A CURSE ON ERIK AND GIANNA, YOU'RE CANCELLED. Although it's probably just mercury in retrograde. Listen as they explain what the hell happened to them last week and why the podcast was MIA for a little. But don't fret, we're here to stay (for now). Also Erik even gives us a musical performance! Listen now and make sure to follow us on Instagram @ughthepodcast.

We're back even though literally all of the odds are against the both of us. What do dreams, Millie Bobby Brown, Johnny vs. Amber, and crazy work stories have in common? They're all in this episode of UGH! ENJOY BIATCHES.

UH OH, Erik has officially taken over the podcast! JK not completely, just for the week because Gianna was living it up in Aruba while Erik was cleaning coconut oil off the floor at his movie theatre. Regardless of Gianna's vaca, she still phones in to make a guest appearance. Listen now!

Erik and Gianna start off the episode by BICKERING after Erik calls Gianna out for giving him attitude via text. They hug and make up, and talk about starting a band if this podcast doesn't work. Somehow they get into their musical theatre past, road rage, strippers, and how Erik doesn't know what April vacation is. Listen UP and start get mentally prepared for next week when Erik will do his very first SOLO EPISODE ever!!!

Gianna's bad luck train chugs along as she tells Erik (through some tears) about a hacker that stole ALL OF HER MONEY while on her 12th vacation of the year. And of course Erik has some more movie theatre drama at work. But this podcast and Erik certainly turned Gianna's frown upside down so listen and hopefully it can do that for you too :)

ARE ERIK AND GIANNA TYING THE KNOT!? Listen as they dive into conversations about marriage, wedding rings, children, Lady Gaga, Bath and Body Works, and so much more. Oh, and this episode is Christmas themed. Why? No idea. It's pure chaos per usual here on UGH!

GIANNA IS CANCELLED!!! Listen as she tells Erik about her horrid actions and tantrum she threw while in D.C. for the weekend. And the best part is.. they both don't even know where Washington D.C. is. But Erik and special guest Vanessa roast Gianna for what she did and put her in her place. Many lessons were learned and many friendships were almost broken. Enjoy this one, it's a doozy.

Hello? Is anyone even listening to this podcast? CLEARLY NOT because Gianna and Erik analyzed the data and it's just sad. But alas, they continue the pod through major trials and tribulations. Erik accidentally propelled Gianna into a hangry downward spiral, and she almost pulls a Will Smith on him. Which speaking of, they will also dive into SLAPGATE! Shoutout to all 19 of you listening, ya'll are the realest.

Surprise bitches, thought you'd seen the last of me? UGH is back (round 97292801940) for one final try.. and it's most likely going to be successful BECAUSE...   Erik Stelling officially joins UGH as Gianna's permanent co-host due to popular demand and Gianna's need for some extra help on keeping this show alive! Listen to our very first episode together where you'll learn about the backstory of our friendship (hot tea right there), find out what's in store for future episodes, and listen to us banter back and forth like idiots. Buckle up and get used to it, because it's an all new UGH!!!   Sponsored by no one.. yet. Manifesting.

This week on UGH is very very special because Gianna has her FIRST celebrity interview! She's joined by TikTok star and college BFF Matt Peterson. Listen as they discuss their friendship, Matt's rise to fame, some not so great college professors, and behind the scenes of what it takes to be a successful content creator. And be sure to follow Matt (@mattpeterson_) on TikTok to keep up with his awesome food videos!
