Description

As a survivor of betrayal, infidelity, trauma, and emotional abuse, I Chose In to doing the hard work necessary to see through the manipulation, deceit, and lies that came from being the spouse of an addict. I had to accept that this was my life. The only way to heal was to go through the pain, to see it clear, and work through it. Today, I help others find their way from feeling shattered and hopeless to strong and empowered. You are not alone. You are not the only one that is experiencing these types of things. There is absolutely healing and happiness ahead IF you do what is required to get there. I am the Author of Cutting Ties -Healing from Betrayal Trauma as the Spouse of an Addict. As you read it you will find I don't shy away from the real raw painful truth. My podcast is no different. We can only become something more if we see the truth with clear eyes and be willing to "CHOOSE IN" to doing the hard work. I'm excited to share everything I know with all of you. -Roxanne Kennedy Granata

Ep 117: You're Doing Everything Right… So Why Isn't It Working?
2026/05/18
You're showing up. You're doing the work. You're making moves. So why does it still feel like something isn't landing? This episode breaks down the gap between effort and result, and why doing more isn't always the answer. If you feel like you're close… but not quite there, this will help you see what's actually happening underneath that. You're not missing something. You're not doing it wrong. There's a level inside you that hasn't fully caught up yet. And once that shifts, everything changes. Episode 116: You Said It… And Immediately Wished You Didn't
2026/05/11
Episode 116: You Said It… And Immediately Wished You Didn't You finally said what you meant… and then immediately started second guessing it. Replaying it. Adjusting it. Wondering how it landed. This episode goes into what's actually happening after you speak, and why that moment matters more than what you said. If you feel like you're constantly explaining yourself, overthinking conversations, or never fully settled after you express something… this will hit. It's not about saying it better. It's about what happens in you after you do. Episode 115: You Knew What To Say… And Still Didn't Say It
2026/05/04
You had the words. You felt it clearly. And in the moment that mattered… you still held back. This episode breaks down that exact experience, not from the surface, but from what's actually happening underneath it. If you find yourself replaying conversations, wishing you had said more, or wondering why you don't show up the way you know you can… this is for you. You're not lacking confidence. There's a moment inside you that's getting interrupted. And once you see it, you can start to change it. Episode 114: Why Talk Therapy Alone Isn't Enough; And What Your Body Has Been Trying to Tell You
2025/10/06
If you've ever thought, "I've done the work; so why am I still stuck?" this episode is for you. Roxanne unpacks why talk therapy (though powerful) can't always reach the survival patterns living in your body; and how Partswork + nervous system healing create fast, lasting change. You'll be guided through gentle self-checks, hear real client transformations (from posting with ease to pitching high-ticket offers without resistance), and learn exactly what happens in 1:1 sessions and VIP Days... especially if you're a leader, entrepreneur, or influencer who needs privacy. Expect empathy, clarity, and a grounded path forward. You are not broken. Your body has been protecting you; and when you meet it with compassion, everything shifts. 1:1 Coaching Packages Instagram
Episode 113: Why You're So Good at Holding it All Together (and tired of it)
2025/08/25
On the outside, you look strong, capable, and confident. People think you're the one who can handle it all. But inside? You're unraveling, exhausted from managing everyone's emotions, expectations, and needs; and wondering when it will finally be your turn to breathe. In this episode, I talk about why you became the one who holds it all together, how that part of you was created out of necessity, and why she's now begging for rest. You'll hear real stories from clients who thought everything would fall apart if they let go, but instead discovered freedom, clarity, and a whole new way of living. You'll walk away knowing how to: Identify the part of you that keeps holding it all together Meet her with compassion and gratitude Start practicing small, powerful shifts that bring relief, clarity, and connection Your worth is not based on how much you carry. It's time to let go of survival mode and rise into the life that's been waiting for you. 🎧 Listen now and learn how to stop burning out and start breathing again. ✨ Want to experience this work live with me? 2025/08/25

Episode 103: Are You Staying Small and Teaching Your Kids to do the Same
2024/02/12
Learning to stand up, speak up, and promote empowered decisions, while supporting and cheering for strong women, shows your children they can do the same. If you want them rising each time they fall, standing up to mistreatment, believing in themselves when others don't, and choosing to go after their dreams, it's time to strengthen that within yourself. You are their primary example of how to be.  Taylor Swift is a prime example of rising each time you fall, getting up even when others try to push you down. She does it over and over again. Whether you like her or don't is irrelevant for this. This is about change. It's about being strong yourself, learning why you stay small and quiet in certain circumstances, and how you can start making a difference in your own life and those around you.    If you are ready to reach out and chat about what you're going through, I'm ready to help you.
