For us, we discuss our experiences working on the worship team, the pressure to produce content and to lead worship no matter what it costs you.  Burn out is real but in our experience, it only mattered that you rested but then got right back to work. Mental health does not exist in the spaces of church institutions. They need you for the content you can create.
