This sermon offers a pastoral message of encouragement to believers facing discouragement and cultural apostasy, grounding their hope in the sovereign work of the Trinity. The central theme is the security of the believer, derived from the past act of new birth through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which provides a lively hope. The text highlights the present reality of an incorruptible, undefiled, and unfading inheritance reserved in heaven, contrasting it with the temporary nature of earthly possessions. It concludes with the future assurance that believers are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation, emphasizing that the same God who preserves the inheritance is capable of preserving the believer until the final revelation of their glory.
