Leaning into Mindfulness
2022/06/13
For some people, mindfulness is incredibly uncomfortable, so we resist and avoid it at all costs. Thankfully, mindfulness can be easy! It starts by simply noticing the things around you, the things in front of you, and the things inside of you. Over time, being present and mindful can turn pain into acceptance so healing can occur, as well as a endless list of other benefits that will help you calm your body so you can connect with your heart and spirit. Give daily mindfulness a try and then let me know how it goes for you! You can always reach me at [email protected] OR find me in our Anxiously Engaged FB Group. The movie mentioned in this podcast episode is called, "The Imitation Game." I movie about Alan Turing and his efforts to help save millions of life and end World War II an estimated 2 years earlier than it could have gone while hiding personal pain and suffering. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/rachael42/message
Love or Fear
2022/05/31

The Savior teaches us how to navigate our fears and stay in a state of love, after all, the Savior has already walked the path of pain and fear. If we take his hand, he will guide us through and together miracles can happen. If you have not yet already, we would love to have you join us in the Anxiously Engaged Facebook Group for Women.
