"For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. The tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so." - James 3:2,6,10 NKJV If you would like to partner in the work we are doing locally and globally, please visit https://myLOH.church/GIVE

From the opening pages of Scripture, the heart of God desires to dwell with His people! "But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God, but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ. For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us." ⁃ Ephesians 2:13-14 NLT If you would like to partner in the work we are doing locally and globally, please visit https://myLOH.church/GIVE

Peter and Paul's experiences with Jesus offer us wise counsel for effective ministry! "But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift... but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies." ⁃ Ephesians 4:7,15-16 NASB95 If you would like to partner in the work we are doing locally and globally, please visit https://myLOH.church/GIVE

Discover how the Holy Spirit wants to transform us into His living body: displaying His love, seeing with His eyes, and becoming a reflection of Him to a world in desperate need. “And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.” ⁃ Ephesians 1:22–23 (NIV) If you would like to partner in the work we are doing locally and globally, please visit https://myLOH.church/GIVE

What if the greatest miracle wasn't that God came to earth, but that He STILL desires to reveal Himself through His people on Earth? Before Christ reveals the church as His Body, He reveals the Father's heart by becoming one of us in a body! "For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church, because we are members of His body... This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church." - Ephesians 5:29-30,32 NASB95 If you would like to partner in the work we are doing locally and globally, please visit https://myLOH.church/GIVE
