Can we talk about position shelf life? Yeah its a thing. You know what shelf life is...like when you buy something at the store and it has "Use By" date on it. Yeah your career can have a shelf life date as well. I want to detail 3 ways to determine the shelf life date of your position at your current job.

So last week we discussed "Place" when it comes to you career. This week I want to talk about marketing. And what I mean is how are you marketing...you? I have 3 things that will help you market yourself...lets discuss

Place is the hardest thing when it comes to be an Employeeprenuer or even an Entrepreneur. Because we have to pick the place. And when it comes to picking a place where your career belongs we have to factor in a lot of things and guess what, money is NOT on the top of the list....Lets Discuss

So I have explained what an employeeprenuer is in the past. But we have new people listening or some that still dont understand. So I will quickly explain what an employeeprenuer is. 

You are Working Hard Enough...yes thats the message...You Are Working Hard Enough. I hate when coaches tell people they need to work harder. Especially when the message comes from someone that was given everything. No you are working hard enough. You just need to work smarter. 

This is our 3rd installment of our "Leaving The Job You Hate" Series. In this episode we just talk about getting past the fear of leaving your current job. I want you to understand that everyone goes through it. Whether you are leaving one job for a new job or leaving your career to start your own busiess, we all have that fear of the unknown. Even if we hate our current situation we at least we know what we are getting. We get paid every 2 weeks. I we have pretty much settled. Lets get past that mindset and get past the fear of the unknown. It is absolutley for your best.
