This week Pete took a shot at the auction we covered in last week’s episode. It was a rollercoaster ride for five hours before he was outbid. How high would you have bid on the LS swapped Z3M? After that we dig into Porsche’s latest reveal. The all new 2022 911 GT3.  Boasting an insane 17 seconds faster time around the Nürburgring than the outgoing GT3. The car is no doubt a huge accomplishment but how do Pete and Rob feel about it? After a few months of being away Pete and Rob are back in the saddle talking cars.  With the chaos of the holidays it took some time to figure out our separate remote set ups.  Now we’re back and better than ever.  Or at least as good as we used to be.  We’ve missed you all and this show so much!  This week we’re talking Lotus.  They’re wiping the slate clean and out with the old ( very old in the case of the elise ) and in with the new.  We have no idea what the “new” is but it’s coming and apparently to show rooms by the end of the year.  GM over the last week made an announcement that has Rob torn up.  Promising in fourteen years to be all electric.  Rob was hoping= to be dead in the ground before the V8 Corvette was.  What are your thoughts on the switch to full EVs?  Kia’s stock jumps because Apple dropped some serious cash to get into the car making business.  Expanding their ecosystem out of your house and on the road.  After that we go over Tesla’s recall.  Elon’s snark seems to be rubbing off on the PR employees.
