What does being “energised” mean to you? For some, it’s about having a glowing complexion, reducing signs of tiredness, or tightening slackening skin. But with countless, ever-sophisticated ways in which to do so, how can we “power up” – safely but also sustainably? In partnership with Biolite, Emerald Laser and SofWave, this inspiring panel discussion united three trailblazing UK experts: including Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year, Dr Yusra Al-Mukhtar; Harley Street dermatologist, Dr Derrick Phillips; and Biolite founder and integrative health advocate, Mona Mirza. Together, we explored the wellness trends of the future – from neurocosmetics to regenerative therapies; longevity medicine to mental health – while discovering the most results-driven routes to looking, and feeling, recharged.
