In this thought-provoking conversation, systems thinker and leadership coach Tyler Clapp joins me to explore the deeper structures that enable or hinder a leader's success. We discuss how a leader's discernment operating system, the way they recognize signals and form conclusions, is a system that can be upgraded. We connect this to my work on Resilience Anchors (self-esteem, purpose, values), and how these internal systems form the foundation of a leader's ability to pivot and adapt with confidence.
