Willie Rodriguez, a DJ, electronic producer, and remixer, began his musical talents at the young age of 13. During his teenage years, he gained invaluable experience working at the DiscoRama record store in New York City, where he immersed himself in various genres including house music, hip hop, reggae, funk, and soul. His debut record was released on Strictly Rhythm under the guidance of A&R executive Gladys Pizzaro. Since the onset of the digital era in 2009, Willie  Rodriguez has made significant contributions to labels such as Open Bar Music, Henry Street, Nervous Records, Grind City Music and Arawakan Records. His exceptional skill in beat programming and his ability to blend diverse styles create an unparalleled musical experience, showcasing his diverse influences and artistic versatility.
