Second half is all things Healthcare. Something that's been built up on such a pedestal and held to such a high standard, especially recently with our recent situaaaaation. But doctor's are still human's guys. So are the nurses. Even the receptionists. And despite them actually wanting to help you (weird), you might not always have the perfect experience for you. What even makes a Good Doctor for you? Is it how you feel during the consult; Is it the type of information and support they give you for after the appointment; or is it how fast you can get your potential ADHD legitimised? Get your vax's in. No point thinking they've put any special ingredients in this special mix, they would've pumped us with the goodies during high school vaccines. What even is meningococcal? Episode 50 has me raising the bat, but helmet stays on. 50 episodes, no consent forms handed out. Should get to that sometime... Mentioned how my conversations either just keep going, or they get cucked instantly with my attempt at comedy. With that in mind, this half may look like I'm holding back from my usual destructive conversation style. In reality, Deeshan just brought the right topics. Catching a flow and then you gotta see the boys in 30 minutes. You going? The sweet spot of being at the right places at the right time, but also being ready. Finding inspiration in the past and moulding it for the future. And a primary theme for the whole session: not taking yourself so seriously, putting in the work, and having some principle in this damn cold world baby.
