The Reality of Regional Constraints
2026/09/28
When Tori went looking for her first business coach, she wasn't hunting for someone who'd lived her exact life. She was hunting for one point of overlap, evidence that this person actually understood what it's like to build ambition around groceries an hour away, school holidays, a farm and a family that needs her. In this episode, Tori unpacks why lived experience carries so much weight when someone's deciding who to trust with their business, and why one point of real overlap can matter more than someone matching your life exactly. She talks candidly about motherhood as her own anchor point, why mainstream "win at all costs" business advice often ignores the real constraints regional women are working within, and why the goal was never to remove those constraints. If you've ever wondered why your own lived experience might matter more to a client than your framework or your years of experience, this one's for you. Instant Results in a Regional Business
2026/09/22
Ever changed something in your business on a Monday and expected results by Tuesday? You're not alone, and it's costing you more strategies than you realise. In this episode, Tori breaks down her 90-day rule: the timeframe she gives every new offer, funnel or message before she even starts judging whether it's working. The first 90 days are for laying foundations. The next 90 are for watching the data, tweaking and refining. She digs into why instant results from likes and open rates have wrecked our patience for the slower, compounding wins of an actual sales cycle, and why your audience needs way more repetition than you think before an offer lands. Plus, the mindset shift that separates "this isn't working" from "this hasn't had enough time to work" yet, and why burning some ad spend might just be buying you information. If you've ever wanted to quit a strategy three weeks in, this one's for you. The Regional Experts is my mastermind for rural and regional women building a business that supports their life. 3 Strategies to Go Viral as a Regional Business
2026/09/17
In June, I had 1.5 million views across my content. I don't have 500,000 followers, I've got about 10,000. That gap is exactly why I wanted to break this episode down. I resented trial reels for a while before I actually tried them, mostly because I was sick of watching people go viral by teaching other people how to go viral. Then I tried them myself and they worked, which was deeply annoying. In this episode I walk through the three things that actually moved the needle for me this year: trial reels, refining my messaging until people started telling me it felt like I was reading their mind, and then volume, plus the systems and small team that let me sustain any of it without burning out. If you only take one thing away, make it messaging. Go deeper on who your ideal client actually is and what they need to hear from you. Regional Australia Needs More Influential People
2026/09/09
After delivering a keynote in Esperance, Tori couldn't stop thinking about one conversation that kept resurfacing: regional Australia doesn't need more influencers—it needs more influential people.  In this powerful episode, she unpacks the difference between building influence and chasing attention, and why leading publicly feels so much harder when you live in a small town. From Tall Poppy Syndrome to the reality of everyone knowing your family, Tori explores the unique social pressure regional women face when they choose to share bold opinions and step into leadership.  This is an invitation to stop waiting for permission, stop playing small, and recognise that your community needs more capable women willing to put their hand up, shape conversations and create opportunities. Because influence isn't about followers. It's about changing what happens next. 🔑 Inside this episode: The difference between being an influencer and being influentialWhy visibility feels harder in small townsHow Tall Poppy Syndrome keeps capable women quietThe hidden cost of waiting for someone else to leadWhy regional leadership requires proximity—not anonymityHow influence creates opportunities for your business and communityThe challenge to become "a little too big for your boots"👉 If you're ready to build authority and become known for your expertise, DM me "EXPERTS" on Instagram to start the conversation about The Regional Experts Mastermind.
The Regional Business Client Funnel: Your lead magnet doesn't need downloads
2026/09/02
Everyone tells you to start with a lead magnet. I think that's backwards. In this practical behind-the-scenes episode, Tori unpacks the exact client funnel she'd build if she had to attract 10 paying clients from regional or remote Australia—and it doesn't begin with a PDF, freebie or 47-page ebook. It starts with the sale.  You'll learn how to reverse-engineer a profitable funnel by understanding buyer psychology first, identifying the transformation your paid offer delivers, and creating a lead magnet that attracts future buyers—not just email subscribers. Because downloads don't pay the bills. Buyers do.  If you've been growing your email list but wondering why it isn't converting, this episode will completely change how you think about funnels, nurture sequences and lead magnets. 🔑 Inside this episode: Why your funnel should start with your paid offer—not your freebie The biggest mistake most lead magnets make How to reverse-engineer a client funnel using buyer psychology The difference between attracting downloads and attracting buyers Why every touchpoint in your funnel needs a purpose How AI speeds up funnel creation (without replacing strategy) The cost-per-lead lesson that taught Tori quality beats quantity 👉 Ready to build a funnel that actually converts? BTS: 30 Hours at My Desk in 5 Weeks (Part 2)
2026/08/26
This episode is the behind-the-scenes conversation so many people asked for after I shared that I spent just 30 hours at my desk across five weeks. The assumption is usually that less time at your desk means less support for your clients—but that couldn't be further from the truth. In this episode, I'm unpacking the intentional structures, boundaries and systems that allow me to deliver an exceptional coaching experience while also taking school holidays, travelling with my family and living the lifestyle my business was designed to support. This isn't about working less for the sake of it. It's about building a business that doesn't rely on constant availability. I share the exact client communication boundary I use, why I believe there's never an emergency in business, and the philosophy of work-life integration that shapes every decision I make as a CEO. If you've ever felt guilty stepping away from your business, this episode will challenge what you believe great service actually looks like. 🔑 Inside this episode: How I spent only 30 hours at my desk over five weeks The structural decisions that protect client experience My 24-hour client response policy (and why clients love it) Why I schedule CEO weeks and guest experts into my annual calendar The difference between work-life balance and work-life integration The belief that changed everything: there is never an emergency in business How boundaries create better coaching—not less support 👉 Want to build a business that supports your life instead of competing with it? BTS: 30 Hours at My Desk in 5 Weeks (Part 1)
2026/08/19
What would happen to your business if you stepped away from your desk for five weeks? For Tori, the answer was a lot. In this first episode of the 30 Hours at My Desk in 5 Weeks series, Tori takes you behind the scenes of five weeks where she spent less than 30 hours at her desk. There were family holidays, fishing trips, Bali, client calls, workshops and plenty of time away from the business. And the business kept moving. During that five-week period, Tori hired and onboarded a new team member, ran a live workshop with 492 registrants, grew her email list by around 800 people, reached 1.5 million Instagram profile views, gained around 1,200 followers, brought in four new clients and continued delivering for her existing clients. The important part is what made that possible. This isn't a story about disappearing from your business and hoping everything magically works out. Tori shares what she was still doing, what she deliberately wasn't doing, and why stepping away from performative busyness gave her more clarity around the work that actually moves the business forward. Because having more freedom in your business isn't something you wake up with one day. It's something you build through team, systems, client experience, clear priorities and years of strategic work. 🔑 Inside this episode: What Tori actually did during five weeks away from her desk How the business continued growing while she was on holiday The difference between being away from your business and being absent from your clients How she hired and onboarded a new team member without personally holding every step What happened with email list growth, Instagram reach and new clients Why client delivery remained a priority throughout the break How Tori uses SOPs to turn ideas into actionable resources for clients Why she avoids performative busyness What she focused on instead of constantly being at her desk Why building a business that gives you freedom takes years of intentional work The systems, team and structure underneath the freedom 👉 If you're ready to build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it, Tori invites you to explore The Regional Experts Mastermind. BTS WITH MY OBM: The Systems That Keep the Business Moving
2026/07/08
What does it actually look like to run a growing online business behind the scenes? In the final episode of this Behind the Scenes mini-series, Tori and her OBM Meredith pull back the curtain on the systems, communication, and leadership practices that keep Big Money Strategies running smoothly. From why they rarely have meetings, to how they use Slack and Airtable to manage projects, client journeys, launches, and team communication, this episode is a practical look at what sustainable business operations really look like. They also unpack how they approach hiring, launching new offers, managing contractors, continuous improvement, and why building a business isn't about holding everything in your head—it's about creating systems your team can trust. If you've ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a business that continues to scale without constant chaos, this episode gives you an honest look inside. 🔑 Inside this episode: Why Tori and Meredith rarely hold meetings How Slack has transformed communication across the team Why Airtable is the "single source of truth" for the business How project management supports sustainable growth The systems behind launches and new offers How AI supports the team without replacing people The importance of transparency with contractors How they hire and onboard new team members Why continuous improvement is part of every process What solo business owners should look for in their first hire 👉 If you're finding yourself overwhelmed by keeping everything in your head, this episode will show you how better systems, communication, and delegation create a business that's built to grow.
BTS WITH MY OBM: Who Does What Behind the Scenes?
2026/06/30
What does an Online Business Manager actually do?   And where does the CEO role stop?   In this behind-the-scenes episode, Tori and her OBM Meredith unpack exactly how they work together inside Big Money Strategies, from strategic vision through to day-to-day execution.   As businesses grow, there comes a point where holding everything in your head simply isn't sustainable. Scaling requires more than hard work. It requires clear roles, strong systems, trust, and a team that knows exactly who owns what.   Tori shares how she approaches her role as CEO, why she believes strategy should always come before execution, and how Meredith turns big ideas into structured, repeatable systems that keep the business moving forward.   They also discuss AI, delegation, coaching, decision-making, and why having someone who challenges your thinking—not simply agrees with you—is one of the biggest advantages a growing business can have.   If you've ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a successful online business, this episode offers an honest look at the systems, leadership, and collaboration that make sustainable growth possible.   🔑Inside this episode: The difference between the CEO and OBM roles Why scaling requires structure—not just more effort How Tori and Meredith divide responsibilities The role AI plays inside their business Why education is a non-negotiable for their team How they make strategic decisions together Why disagreement can strengthen a business The importance of delegation and clear ownership How coaching influences business direction Why client experience drives every systems decision   👉 If you're growing your business and finding yourself bottlenecked by doing everything yourself, this episode will help you understand what support can really look like behind the scenes.
BTS WITH MY OBM: The Systems Behind the Strategy
2026/06/24
In this special Behind the Scenes episode, Tori sits down with her OBM (Online Business Manager), Meredith, for an honest conversation about systems, scaling, leadership, and what it really takes to support a business beyond the founder.   For years, Tori built Big Money Strategies through a combination of strategy, delivery, and sheer determination. But as the business grew, it became clear that scaling would require more than just working harder.   It required systems. It required structure. And it required support.   In this episode, Tori and Meredith pull back the curtain on their working relationship, how Meredith transitioned from client to OBM, and the operational changes that helped create a more scalable business model.   They also explore the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an OBM, why trust is essential in leadership teams, and how having someone who thinks differently can strengthen business growth.   If you've ever wondered whether you're doing too much yourself, or what support actually looks like behind the scenes of a successful business, this episode offers a refreshingly honest look at what scaling really requires.   🔑 Inside this episode:   Why Tori knew she needed an OBM to scale How Meredith transitioned from client to team member The operational bottlenecks that were limiting growth Why client experience and systems matter The difference between a VA and an OBM How continuous improvement shapes business growth The role trust plays in a leadership team Why hiring someone who thinks differently is an advantage How systems create more space for delivery and leadership   👉 If you're building a business that feels heavily dependent on you, this episode will challenge you to think differently about support, systems, and sustainable growth.

AUTHORITY: The Only Thing Left Is the Decision
2026/04/06
This is the final episode of the AUTHORITY season — and it might be the most important one.   Because by now, you don't need more strategy. You don't need more information. You don't need another course, checklist, or framework.   You need a decision.   In this episode, Tori brings the entire season full circle and challenges the real reason many women stay stuck — not lack of knowledge, not lack of skill, but the absence of a clear decision to lead.   Authority isn't a milestone you reach. It's a standard you choose.   And once that decision is made, everything shifts:   Your messaging becomes clearer Your pricing becomes firmer Your standards rise Your positioning sharpens   Tori also shares her own turning point — the moment she decided to step into authority in regional business, long before there was proof it would work.   Because confidence doesn't come before action. It follows it.   If you've been listening to this season, nodding along, feeling like something needs to change — this is your moment to stop waiting and move.   🔑 Inside this episode: Why authority is a decision, not a milestone The real reason you haven't moved yet How confidence is built after action, not before The identity shift required to lead in your industry Why being polarising is part of leadership How authority changes your standards, pricing, and boundaries The difference between knowing and actually deciding   👉 If you're ready to stop waiting and step into authority, Tori invites you to apply for The Regional Experts Mastermind. https://www.theregionalexperts.com/mastermind    👉 DM me "EXPERTS" on Instagram to start the conversation. https://www.instagram.com/tori.kopke/
AUTHORITY: What I See Coming — And Why You Need to Move Now
2026/03/23
In this episode, Tori zooms out and shares what she's seeing across the market right now — and why this moment matters more than most people realise.   With tools, platforms, and trends changing almost weekly, it's easy to feel like you're falling behind or chasing the next thing. But the truth is, the women who are winning right now aren't chasing tools.   They're building unshakable foundations.   In this episode, Tori breaks down the three core pillars that underpin every scalable business — sell, attract, deliver — and why those fundamentals matter more than ever in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.   She also shares what's actually changing in buyer behaviour: Buyers are more discerning Trust is harder to earn Noise is at an all-time high   And in that environment, volume is not the answer. Authority is.   If you've been sitting in hesitation, overthinking your next move, or waiting for the "right time" — this episode is your reminder that waiting is not neutral.   It's costing you.   🔑 Inside this episode: Why tools and trends are distractions without strong foundations The three pillars every scalable business is built on: sell, attract, deliver How buyer behaviour is shifting in 2026 Why specificity, consistency, and depth are now the advantage The real opportunity for regional women in a global market Why inconsistent positioning is eroding trust The hidden cost of waiting and delaying decisions   👉 If you're ready to stop waiting and start building a business that compounds, Tori invites you to apply for The Regional Experts Mastermind.   DM "EXPERTS" on Instagram to start the conversation.
AUTHORITY: Stop Explaining Yourself. Start Getting Paid.
2026/03/16
If you constantly feel like you have to justify your pricing, explain your services in detail, or prove your credibility in every sales conversation — this episode is for you.   Because the problem isn't your confidence.   The problem is positioning.   In this episode of the Authority season, Tori breaks down the over-explaining trap many service providers fall into — and why constantly defending your value is a symptom of weak upstream authority.   When your positioning is clear and your authority is visible, sales conversations change completely. Instead of convincing, defending, and explaining, the conversation shifts to logistics: how to get started, timelines, and next steps.   That's the difference between selling hours and getting paid for your thinking.   Tori also shares her own story of walking away from a government contract that priced her perceived value at $20 per hour — and how shifting away from hourly pricing completely transformed her business model.   If you're ready to move out of the time-for-money trap and into authority-based pricing, this episode will challenge how you approach both sales and positioning.   🔑 Inside this episode: The over-explaining trap that drains your authority Why sales calls should be logistics conversations How positioning pre-sells your services The shift from charging for hours to charging for expertise Why premium positioning reduces price objections How visible authority separates your self-worth from your pricing   👉 If you're ready to stop selling hours and start getting paid for your expertise, Tori invites you to apply to join The Regional Experts Mastermind.   DM "EXPERTS" on Instagram to start the conversation.
AUTHORITY: Here's Exactly What I'm Teaching on March 12
2026/03/09
In this episode of the AUTHORITY season, Tori pulls back the curtain on exactly what she'll be teaching in her upcoming masterclass: How to Become a Regional Expert and End the Time-for-Money Trap.   If you've ever felt like you're doing great work but still having to over-explain your value, justify your pricing, or constantly prove yourself in sales conversations — this episode will resonate deeply.   Because being good and being known are not the same thing.   Many service providers stay stuck in operator mode: delivering, over-delivering, and staying busy. But the businesses that scale move beyond service delivery and into authority positioning — where clients arrive already trusting the expertise behind the offer.   In this episode, Tori shares the two core strategies she'll teach in the masterclass and why this moment — especially in a rapidly evolving digital landscape shaped by AI — is the time for regional women to claim authority positioning online.   She also shares the strategic reasoning behind a controversial launch decision: no replay. For the first time, this masterclass will only be available live — and that decision wasn't based on vibes, but on data.   🔑 Inside this episode: Why being good at what you do is no longer enough The authority shift from operator to industry expert How authority changes your pricing power Why visibility must support positioning The difference between quantity marketing and impact marketing How Tori uses data to optimise launches and marketing strategy Why this masterclass will have no replay   👉 Join the live workshop: How to Become a Regional Expert and End the Time-for-Money Trap link to register: https://www.theregionalexperts.com/masterclass-2026  March 12 | Live only (no replay)
