It's almost time to say goodbye (again) as we boot towards crowning our Big Brother 2023 winner.  But first, we've a bumper week lined up filled with yee haw boots, llamas, scarlet letters and the return of the iconic bedsit. It's been real, it's been cute, but most importantly it's been real cute.

The housemates aren't the only ones in the Hunger Games this week, as the lads battle to keep the train on the tracks without their co-host. We stream Break the Ice, welcome the housemates friends, family and a rival podcast before a shock double eviction.

It's double ook and double spook this week as the housemates take on Evil Big Brother's Room 101. Trish causes a motherquake of magnitude 8.5 and we chat about fights, tears, tantrums and an eviction for the ages. 

It's ants, thongs and perfect snogging this week as the housemates go head to head to protect their queens. Kerry melts a baking tray as Olivia ascends, Yinrun goes to jail and Jordan lives rent free in our minds.

We're off to camp this week as the housemates trauma bond in the great outdoors. We chat about the rise of Chanelle, cliques, broken rules and spicy love triangles. Farewell Zak. You look great.

It's straight to work this week at Big Bros Ltd as sparks and wigs fly. Tears are shed as beds (and salmon) are shared. Kerry and Farida have a mother-off, as we say farewell to our first housemate of the season.

Surprise! In the spirit of reboots we've dusted off our mics and are back with a bang for a slice of that Big Brother ITV pie. We fast forward 17 years to meet 16 brand new housemates and kick start a brand new season. A lot has changed since 2006...

In the grand tradition of Big Brother finales, we couldn't wrap things up without a little awards show. Join us as we evict this season and look back (with tears in our eyes and a song in our hearts) on 2 years of Please Do Not Swear.

As Nelly Furtado once said, all good things come to an end. We're wrapping up Big Brother UK series 7 with our 6 (!) finalists - Richard, Nikki, Jennie, Glyn, Pete, and Aisleyne. What a season. What a journey. Maybe this warrants an award show?

We're back for the penultimate episode of Please Do Not Swear! The house next door is in full swing, and Grace is ready to turn 21 and unleash the kraken. Glynn scales the roof, Aisleyne has multiple breakdowns, and we welcome back a BB icon.

It's another bumper week as we hurdle towards the end of season 7. The housemates pair up for the best friends task, Spiral appropriates bread, there are evictions galore, and we welcome back some familiar faces.
