This week I’m talking to Ryan Williams the Chairman of the Jersey Green Room Club, an amateur dramatics society that was founded in 1909. Outside of his job in HR, Ryan devotes a lot of time to supporting various local charities. In this episode I find out how he became involved in the running of these charities at such a young age, where his love for the arts began and how as a self confessed workaholic, he’s finding time to rebalance his life post lockdown. #19 Gary Burgess: Living well everyday

This week I’m talking to Journalist Gary Burgess, whose questions to the government and twitter round ups have fast become the go to source of info in Jersey’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic. In November 2020, Gary found out that the cancer he had been battling was terminal and he was given 6-12 months to live. It was an absolute privilege to be able to have this conversation with Gary, I could have spoken to him for hours! During our conversation we talk about the joy of the sea, how gratitude has become a big part of his life and why his dressing gown is his favourite thing!
