A reading from my notes page about stand up bits that kind of worked and other bits that didin't, a few multi million dollar ideas that had aleady been thought of, a book recommendation, news about my up coming movie pod series "the greatest movies never made" and some sidebars as usual. Enjoy!

Reviews of movies and ideas for bits and those things becoming internet skits. Plus a reading from a book that you cannot yet take a look at because it's not fully written, but in time I hope you'll be smitten. I'm rhyming all this as it's lately the twist that I do when I try to outdo my five year old son at the...mist?....shit, I f****d up the rhyme.

Hello, it's me! After a looooong time I'm back with a new episode, a new baby, a new house, new complaints and rambles that include silly gooses, empathy vacums, fantasy estate agents and other nonsense all told in as fast a speaking voice as I can but maybe you should listen on 1.3 speed as that probably makes it easier and makes the episode slightly shorter which is a plus in these modern busy times.

Ed and Cara hold an emergency podcasting session to talk about what seems on the surface to be a PR distaster at best, a deep conspiracy involving cover ups and revenge killings with a sprinkling of affairs and photoshopping at worst. The truth is somewhere in between maybe. Does this signal the beginning of the end for the British monarchy? Listen in to find out!

Ed is back with a brand new microphone and a brand new agenda! To figure out what kind of kinky stuff was happening on the Holodeck in Star Trek the Next Generation and if we are headed in the same direction. Also he has news about his upcoming stand up show and he poses the question of what question you would ask God if you got the chance after taking too many mushrooms. all this plus a surprise Valentine's Day appearance from Cara and some other live comedy recommendations.

Ed and Cara went to the movies and saw the now billion dollar Barbie movie! What did they think about it? Listen and find out, it's a very mild to no spolier discussion on the merits of this unique film. Ed then runs through the top movies coming from the Mattel slate of films in development and whether they seem like excellent cinematic opportunities or just weird intellectual property cash ins. Enjoy!

Hey Sammon Skins, welcome to the new season of the show where I will be talking to other human people instead of to myself and/or characters I'm playing, which is also to myself. The first batch of episodes features conversations with my favourite person in the world, Cara Murphy, my wife and Mother of our tiny human boy. The concept for the podcast came from our first date, where I was so nervous I didn't ask Cara any questions and she has never let me forget. So to make up for this I'm asking as many questions as I can as we discuss the heyday of reality TV in the early 2000's and why you should give the Kardashians a go plus other asides and sillyness. Enjoy!

Barry Gibb returns to pay tribute to the late Coolio in his own unique style and tell me of his love for fish oil in jars and the run in's he has hand with alligators in his home in Florida alongside many other strange topics of conversation. There's ad breaks for bird based postal services and more! Enjoy and don't forget to share, rate, like, subscribe and tag a mate!

Brendan Blowhard, former professional karaoke singer and constantly unlucky in love Dublin man joins Ed to talk new love, expressions for sale and his new venture into writing advertisment jingles on spec. He shares his latest work in progress tunes to the bafflement of Ed.

Poor old Lizzy, the Queen of England, has popped her clogs and they are now being worn by Charles. Some people have very strong feelings about her death, grown men who look like the kind of tough east end of London types are crying over her passing. Are they brainwashed? Am I through the quality of the Crown series? Or m I simply casually indifferent which I have learned can be a dangerous thing in this day and age of the hot take. I go through my feelings and compare the ex-Queen to a famous superhero and also dissect the various reactions to her death. Enjoy!

I'm back baby! A soft reboot into season 2! No numbered episodes, More silly stuff, less straight white man gives his opinion episodes and some special movie ones from time to time! Whenever I make them, I put them out, that's the plan! This episode I'm talking about heckling from my own recent gig and the general difference when it comes to men and women who heckle. Also, would you really kill baby Hitler if you had the chance? All this plus a bit more. Head over to my patreon and get 100 per cent extra free! https://www.patreon.com/user?u=9483740

It's coming closer to the end of this podcast in it's current form as I realise halfway through telling my story about my first ever trip abroad to Amsterdam that I've mentioned it before on the pod. It's full of extra detail and I talk about my trip to Morocco also which is new. Anyway, there are also some songs and some excellent impressions of Tom Jones as the rambling off the top of my head pods are coming to an end. What's next? Focused and shorter pods with more sketches and less waffle! Enjoy!

It's a New Year and things are looking cautiously optimistic, maybe. I've been living with Covid as Cara tested positive on Christmas Eve and myself and baby Luke soon after so it's been a stressful one. Also, Super Valu never delivered our turkey so we had ham for Christmas. Not ideal but I got to watch some things and will give you my review of them as well as my top ten Christmas treats and a couple of festive songs to ring in the New Year. Enjoy!

This week I mention Bressie again in the opening improvised theme tune lyrics along with Ryan Turbridy and I go into a long explanation as to why I don't really have much time for either of them and recount the time I watched a newsreader in his underwear and walked past a car that had actor Richard Gere in the "hallowed" halls of the national broadcaster. There's also some rapping and a really bad impression of Sly Stallone being interviewed on an imaginary "Chat" show. Enjoy!

This weeks episode sees a new high for my six month old son Luke as he becomes already better at swimming than all the other babies his swim class and also and his father. Me. Who can't swim. I also give some recommendations for music not on my Spotify wrapped top five and also a band with a new documentary that I discuss and a link to some old music from a little known band found at the link below. https://soundcloud.com/majestykallstars/sets
