Due to the escalating Covid-19 situation in Yellowknife, John and Robin are forced to take there podcast outside for what turned out to be a lovely evening by the fire. They discuss some media they've been enjoying lately and the sad news of Norm MacDonald's passing and what he meant to them before jumping into the first annual Jobbies (like the Emmys, but with even less of a reason to exist). They move on to a Rocktober themed quiz and leave things off on a nice little campfire singalong to the Tragically Hip's 'Bobcaygeon.'  

John and Robin are back after a year-long hiatus, and ready to do their typical shtick by telling you all about the media they have enjoyed over the past year to keep them sane during pandemic times. They are then joined by cryptozoologist, Haggis McDougall, to tell us about a creature he has been tracking in his native Scotland. After this, John and Robin talk about the new season of SNL alum, Tim Robinson's I Think You Should Leave, and specifically count down each of their five favourite sketches. And finally they finish things off with some recommendations. Enjoy?

John and Robin are back after a long hiatus to discuss Black Lives Matter and positive changes we seem to hopefully be making as a society, along with various media that has kept them entertained over the past month, until they hand the reins of the podcast over to Chad, Ham, and their interviewer, Cortland, for whatever reason. Matt Tell them joins John and Robin on a quiz segment about summer blockbusters, and the guys finish things off with recommendations.

John and Robin first discuss media they've enjoyed the past two weeks, including 1997 twin disaster films, Dante's Peak and Volcano. They then interview each other for myriad jobs to varying levels of success, take a quiz on theme of "Jobs in Pop Culture," and finish things off with new recommendations.

The boys do their thing and talk about recommended media, including Galaxy Quest, Lisa Leblanc, Run the Jewels, Charli XCX feat. Christine and the Queens, Lil Uzi Vert, and Mastersystem. They each then provide some heartfelt words for Scott Hutchison on the two-year anniversary of his death and Lil' Richard with regard to his recent passing. Following a discussion of some other media that has kept them entertained, John and Robin welcome guests, Chad and Ham, for a segment about Mother's Day Gift Ideas. The show moves on to another rousing rendition of the weekly quiz and finishes off with disaster movie recommendations of Dante's Peak and Volcano.

John and Robin are joined by guest, Mike DeRocher, to discuss recommendations from last week (way too much Simpsons, King of the Kill, Good Boys), and then cover some other stuff they've been enjoying lately (I Think You Should Leave, Beef House, Community). Mike then unfortunately has to leave but a new guest from Australia, Mick DeRocker, joins the podcast in his stead. John and Robin decide to jump on the trend of Top 10 lists they've been seeing all over social media lately by doing a Top 5 Sandwiches of all-time countdown with Mick as the judge. After crowning a champion, Mick decides to stick around for this week's alien invasion film themed quiz, and the show then finishes off with some new recommendations (Lisa LeBlanc, Galaxy Quest, Run the Jewels, Lil Uzi Vert, and Charli XCX feat. Christine and the Queens).

John and Robin do their thing discussing a wide array of media that has kept them sane the past week, including: A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, The Elephant Man, Brockmire, Brews Brothers, Tacoma FD, and Brooklyn Nine Nine. The show then shifts focus as guest host, Dino Danger, comes on to host a music competition between former members of the 80s new wave band 2+2=Love, Randy Birchwood and Farthington Cheshire Davies, which takes a bit of a turn near the end. John and Robin then rejoin Dino for a Quiz segment focussing on The Simpsons, and close things out with some new recommendations for the week.

John and Robin are back to discuss the media they recommended for each other last week (A League of Their Own, The Natural, Queens of the Stone Age - Villains, and Sigur Ros - Kveikur), media/news/miscellaneous other crap that has caught their eyes in the past week, cartoon character tropes (this week: bring on the dads!), and finish things off with a quiz about biopics and new recommendations for next week.

John and Robin discuss more media that has made life easier for them this past week, Robin makes his pitch to the networks for his own Tiger King-adjacent reality show through song, John serves up some well-marinated beefs he has with the incongruity of superhero power dispersement, John and Robin quiz each other on superhero movie facts, and then they end the episode with some music and movie recommendations for each other to come back with in next week's episode.

John and Robin join forces via Skype to discuss various forms of media that have been getting them through the early stages of the pandemic. Then, at around (42:40), acclaimed German director, Werner Herzog, stops by to host his infamous quiz show, Die Neuer Deutscher Film Quiz (The New German Film Quiz) with Arnold Schwarzenegger enthusiast, Chad Tyler, who is in studio due to a scheduling mix up by Werner's producer. Hijinks ensue.
