Here we go again... Happy New Year and welcome to 2026; here we go talking health and erasing all boundaries regarding personal issues. Listen as we navigate our bodies as women and all that comes with it. If you are uncomfortable hearing all the nitty gritty details we are not for you... Remember we are raw and unedited- whatever comes out is real life- think of us as talking to your close friends. 

In this episode we talk about sharing info with kids... How much is too much- do you think kids need to know what your bank account looks like? We may ramble on about other topics as well cause if you listen that is what we do. Three sisters with a microphone so really anything goes. So join in and think it over for yourself. To tell or not to tell- is that a question???

This episode we talk about life with kids in school. There are ups and downs and it is not easy to navigate this time period as school is not what it used to be. Come listen and maybe you can relate to what we are going through and know you are not alone; might feel like you are but trust us you are not.

I will not bend for the comfort of other people. We have the right to our beliefs and we will say ours just as everyone else spews theirs. 

With all that is happening right now in the world and with the tragic senseless death of Charlie Kirk; which we will talk about soon, we are playing this episode to share a laugh. This episode we talk about what we are watching and with who. I mean we all know what is out right now and we have to talk about it. Remember we don't edit or filter and we say whatever we want. We have been out for a while- I know we get it- life got hard and crazy and honestly overwhelming. So here listen to this and soon we will be back. 

In this episode we have a guess host joining us- Miss Alicia... We update on our crazy health journeys as well as new stuff going on. We know everyone faces some kind of health issue somewhere along the way- we over here seem to face a lot of them and we want to share because it is hard figuring it all out. We have learned to laugh along the way- laughter is the best medicine so I have heard- damn I should be extra healthy than! Life has been crazy for a few months and getting together has been a little more on the difficult side. As stress levels increase again lets take a look back and have a laugh. We all need to laugh more. 

Because life can get heavy and you don't always know what to do or where to turn we like to explore actual real life feelings... Not everything is sunny and peppy- people get knocked down and need to express what they are feeling. Please know you are not alone and there are places and people that can help you. This episode we talk more about depression and life. Open up your ears and take a listen. This might be something you are dealing with or can help someone feeling the same...

In this episode we talk about news headlines and things that should be getting noticed. Join us while we still have freedom of speech because if you are not paying attention or think nothing bad will happen you need a good wake up call. This is the time to stand up before its too late.
