When you think of snowboarding you think of Halldor Helgason. You can’t have one without the other. With Icelandic roots Halldor has paved his way through the industry and cemented himself as a cornerstone of the sport. Which is ironic because his snowboarding is about as far away from “sport-like” as it can get. He hit a massive roof gap while wearing a neck brace, invented the “jerk-flip,” and continues to have fun and spread joy on his snowboard all season long.
