He represented Leicestershire and Northants as a fast bowler before a back injury ended his career. He made one T20 appearance at a rainy Trent Bridge in a match against Nottinghamshire, but is was the final of the Blast competition and he took a screamer of a catch in it too. Since then he has gone on to forge a successful career in media and marketing and has kept his love for the game.
