Advertise on podcast: Thoughts With Peachez

Hey y'all I just wanted to give a quick message for Pride. This year, not to my usual long, drawn out address. Just quick little thing to remind us that we are all valid in our Pride.

With the release of the new game Dragon Age: The Veilguard, there seems to be some adulation and concern regarding the character creation and romantic interest system within the game. This specific circumstances is very reflective of the current political climate especially with the election pending. We need to have a conversation about diversity and inclusion embassy's ability. That just because an option(s) exists for others that may not see our needs does not mean that the option(s) are not valid and suitable for others

Just a warning, I got a little bit tearied and cried a little bit at the end in the last segment. This Pride season feels different....Heavier even (at least to me) With everything going on in the world, we need to come together as a community to fight for our future and the future of those coming after us. To do that, we must understand where and what has up divided and work to bridge those gaps AND sometimes have very tough conversations.

I went track by track and gave my thoughts... Nothing controversial or ground breaking but definitely a cohesive project with alot to offer to a diverse audience.

***Spoiler Alert*** If you have not started or are not fully caught up with X Men '97 thus far, this episode has spoiler for the first 3 episodes. Within the first 3 episodes, we're already getting a lot.And if this is for tyler what's going to come for the rest of the season it makes me hungry for the season to be that much longer.

There is so much cultural upheaval, especially in the election year in the United States. I just want to share my thoughts on where we are now, how we got here, and potentially where we could (or should be headed)

This week, with the announcement of the closing of Hanger bar and the upcoming closing of the Blue Store in Chelsea. There is a circumstance of understanding what these places mean to the community that needs not be forgotten. It's not just with these places. In particular, but also places like them that we need to understand their relevance to the progress. We've made as a community at large and not just look at them as the butt of a joke which seems to be with a lot of people are taking it as.

This one is going to be something interesting: I will be featuring my older brother @dirty_jerz_1983, and you get to hear what it was like growing up with the creature I have become today. With that, we will get into some current events and political shenanigans. Being a black man and father of 2 in America, I am sure he will have plenty to say! After that, I will do a segment about the 2023 documentary "The Stroll" (On @hbomaxes). I know it says brief, but this film covered some powerful parts of the history of the LGBTQIA Community in NYC and the fact that black, trans woman were and still are part of the foundation of all the rights we have today. Special thank you to @egypttlabeija and all over the other beautiful trans women featured for sharing their stories and the history that we as a community can not afford to forget!

With the air in NYC right now... And everything else going on in the world, I had the time.

This new season of American Horror Story is alot of things... The context is important to understanding alot of them and getting where the plot point are coming from. It is inspired by elements of New York and Queer history and the points where they overlap, intersection and "penetrate" each other.

Disney's hit animated feature "Encanto" has a record breaking soundtrack and an amazing story, but there is something deeper to be found. Take a listen as I unpack the message about family dynamics and traumas that is woven into this film and the roles the character play translated in to real life.

We are now 3 episodes in Seasin 14 of @rupaulsdragrace , and I wanted to talk about some of my thoughts and feelings about what we've seen so far. For this one though I thought I would bring in some backup so I have invited my good Judy's @anida_tension an amazing drag performer(and avid seamstress) along with returning guest @geejaygee12 a talent dancer, choreographer, and creative director. I think between the 3 of us and our experiences will be able to unpack these episodes and give some really solid predictions for the rest of the season. #thoughtswithpeachez #rupaulsdragrace #season14

With everything else going on in the world, there are some things we simply don't need to bring into this New Year. These are just some of my thoughts and opinions on a couple of those things nothing to take too seriously, but just some things to think about.

This was a very unique reality competition show focused on men. On the surface, 50 men competing for a spot in the epic live male revue inspired by the film "Magic Mike", but with that a journey of self discovery for all men involved. Confidence, Attractiveness, Charisma, Talent, and Connection: all the qualities needed to find and share you magic with the world!

As I....I mean WE get older, change is inevitable. As a new generation stakes their claim on parts of society, we need to have a sit down and clear some things up because a generations war is pointless and counter productive to the future.
