The Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019 (Ireland) Helen Tilley, Partner at CPB, is joined by guest speaker, Deirdre Munnelly, Partner at Mason Hayes & Curran to discuss the implications of the Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019, in the Republic of Ireland.
