Did you know that once your child is born, there are 6,570 days until they turn 18? That may seem like a lot of time but remember that each day, that number gets lower and lower. A lot of women start working out after pregnancy for the "snap back". To look snatched despite having a human come out of your body not too long ago is a major feat, right? Likewise, a lot of women can get discouraged because their body looks different after giving birth and working out isn't giving them the results that they want. But what if women, in postpartum, focus more on body function versus looking nice? You'll hear me say it time and time again: paid parental leave is essential.
