Plötzlich Mama bzw. Papa, und was nun? Je nach Fürsorgeverhalten der Eltern, entwickeln Säuglinge unterschiedliche Bindungsmuster, welche für den Rest des Lebens prägend sind: Nicht nur wirkt sich das entstandene Bindungsmuster auf alle zukünftigen engen Beziehungen (bspw. Partnerschaften) aus, auch bestimmt es die Emotionsregulation (wie gehe ich z.B. mit negativen Emotionen um?) und den Selbstwert bzw. die Identität.
