I just went through a free webinar about growing a podcast, and I wanted to share what I learned from the training! Many things hit home for me, and I wanted to share them with you if you are interested in growing a podcast. The main and most crucial step is being specific about your show and what it is about. Being too general and broad makes it hard to find a large audience. There are many similarities between photographing people and bugs and a few key differences; If you do one, you can apply many of the same principles to the other! By doing this for a long time, you’ll get into a consistent unique style that will let others easily recognize your work. A jack of all trades and a master of none is often better than a master of one 😀. The more things that you learn how to do, the more ways you can creatively make solutions to problems!
