Her Fearlessness
2026/09/26
How can we truly NOT fear the future?
How can we NOT surrender to anxiety and despair?
The woman of strength tells us how! She is a woman who does not fear the future because she adheres to TWO critical life principles.
Today we continue our study of Proverbs 31, looking especially at verses 20-22, and we learn how we too can be FEARLESS!

Her Diligence
2026/09/21
Join us for our next installment in Proverbs 31!!
Her Discipline
2026/09/13
The woman of strength in Proverbs 31 is a woman who has priorities, and also the grit to meet the needs of her family and others. The reason ultimately is that she understands the Biblical principle outlined in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
Turn your Bibles to Proverbs 31 as we explore the second installment in our series on the woman of great mental and emotional strength!!

Through the Shadow of Death (A Lagniappe Part Two)
2026/09/06
Today we conclude a two-part lagniappe series, closely examining Psalm 23, and Jehovah Ra'ah, Our Good Shepherd.
Delivered at Calvary Chapel Old Bridge, NJ, this message explores how the Lord walks us through the valley of the shadow of death, and who helps us to draw deep rest in Him, in green pastures and beside still waters.
Turn your Bible to Psalm 23, as we explore the heart of the Good Shepherd deeply.

Left Out? Talked About?
2026/08/16
Have you recently been left out of some get together or hangout largely because of your walk with Jesus?
Or have people said some pretty awful things about you, because they think you are to fanatical about the things of God?
In either case, Jesus calls you BLESSED! That's right. In Luke 6:22 He says, "Blessed are you when men hate you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man’s sake."
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you." We look at how Christians throughout the world are facing persecution, and what we should do, both when others are facing it, or when we do.
Talk to Me
2026/08/09
Conflict is just part of living in a fallen world; it is inevitable that you will have some form of conflict, at some point, with various people. But conflict does NOT have divide couples, families, churches or communities, because the Lord Jesus gave us all the tools we need to work through our differences.
Today we explore Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God, and we learn how to make peace, not just keep it. We will learn how to do what Jesus said to do to overcome conflict, and we will also be able to watch His example in doing the same.
I have titled this episode, "Talk to Me," because so much of our peacemaking comes down to how we choose to communicate with one another. Super practical precepts today, on Rinse and Repeat!

Beware: Emotional Divorce (A Lagniappe Episode)
2026/08/03
Emotional intimacy is absolutely critical for strong marriages.
And yet, I am speaking to more and more young people who are becoming emotionally intimate with their dating partners, only to feel as though they have endured an "emotional divorce" if the relationship does not work out.
Even more, I am seeing more and more married couples experiencing the trauma of infidelity, and again, learning that the spouse who cheated first became emotionally intimate with another person.
The fact is, we must be extremely careful who we share our deepest needs, desires, and experiences with, so as to protect against the deep pain that results from being emotionally attached to the wrong people.
Join me for a special episode of Rinse and Repeat, as we open our Bibles to Proverbs 4 (among other passages) and learn how we can develop appropriate emotional boundaries in our relationships.

Socials, Streaming, and So Much More: Having a Singular Heart Despite the Distractions
2026/07/25
Purity of heart refers not only to God having cleansed our hearts. It's about having a heart with a singular focus, one that is wholly devoted to God and His will.
But how? How can we have that focus when life is filled with seemingly endless distractions? Between streaming services, socials, and so much in life clamoring for our attention, how do we maintain hearts that have the right priorities?
Today we explore the answers to those questions, as we turn to Matthew 5:8, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God."

Your Cup Overflows!
2026/07/19
It was such a GIFT getting to care for my mama these past few weeks after her serious car accident - and it is so interesting that this week's podcast covers in part what my life was all about this week! After we look at Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, we look at blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy. The promise attached to this beatitude is SO BEAUTIFUL in that it says we become a CHANNEL of what we give.If we GIVE mercy, we get mercy...2 Corinthians 9:6 says, "Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously." Beloved, hear me, when you give mercy, you will receive MORE mercy to give out. When you are loving, you receive more love to give... and on and on....Be encouraged that God sees your heart as you give - so don't give like it is somehow a formula in order to GET from God! Rather, we give out of an overflow of His work in our lives, and then watch what happens!!Luke 6:38, "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you. "
Don't Fake It til You Make It!
2026/07/12
Today, we embark on the second installment of our series on the Beatitudes, looking at "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" and "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth" (Matthew 5:4-5).
We explore how mourning is not necessarily human sorrow, but rather sorrow over our spiritual condition. And then, we learn that meekness is strength under control...
Join me as we understand why these characteristics of the believer are so critical to our growth, and that God does the work to develop them in us, so we truly never need to fake it!!

Poor is Richest
2026/07/04
Rinse and Repeat embarks on a brand new series - exploring the Beatitudes, the "blessed" statements of Matthew 5, at the beginning of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount.
In today's episode, we introduce the significance of the beatitudes, as each describes a characteristic of the believer and offers a promise from God for each believer. For example, today we see, "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:5).
Being poor in spirit, surprisingly, has nothing to do with financial wealth or human worthiness. It is so much more than that! Tune in today as we embark on this remarkable journey into the Beatitudes, found in Matthew 5!!

Kitchen Towel Confessions
2026/06/28
Some days are just harder than others. Sometimes, some WEEKS are just harder than others. And this recording comes at the tail end of one of those brutal weeks.
And as God would have it, I am teaching a verse that I am actually living through - one of my all-time favorite passages in the New Testament. James 3:16 tells us, "Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much."
Do you know the difference your prayers make in the lives of other believers?
Do you know how much you matter when your friends are struggling?
And do you know the huge difference that not having secrets - having the light of the Lord shining on your life has on your life? How living a life of transparency and having a person with whom you are confessing your sin and are spiritually accountable - is actually so much healthier for you?
Join me today as we conclude our One Another series with a look at my own journey through deep need, and the role that the body of Christ plays in lifting up those in such need!
