She says she has been doing for others since birth. Tanya was the eldest of five and her parents were stressed out and did not take care of themselves. After their early deaths within 6 months of each other, she was in the throes of grief, overwhelmed, and teacher burnout. It was then she realized she had to return to the basics and return to self.
