A short Holy Week reflection.

Love that Walks Beside

Forgiveness and healing

In every journey, there comes a moment when the winds shift—quietly, unexpectedly, and irrevocably. This chapter traces Ruvian’s passage through heartbreak not as a collapse, but as a transformation. When the tides of love recede and reveal silence where trust once stood, he chooses not bitterness, but grace. Winds of Change is a meditation on enduring love—one that anchors, adapts, and remains, even when the currents carry someone away. It is the story of staying—not to possess, but to bless.

Elian’s illness drew him to the edge of life, but love held him steady. Ruvian became his quiet anchor—praying, giving, staying. What followed was not just recovery, but rebirth: of purpose, of community, of grace. Together, they turned scarcity into sanctuary, pain into promise. Their bond, rooted in service and spiritual love, became a light for others still walking through the valley. Two Roads, One Horizon & The Kindred Fire Two lives set out on different paths—one shaped by quiet conviction, the other by restless yearning. Yet as their journeys unfold, the distance between them begins to shimmer with shared questions, silent prayers, and the ache for something more. In the crossing of roads, a kindred fire is kindled—not loud, but luminous. It burns through fear and doubt, revealing that true companionship is not found in sameness, but in the courage to walk together toward a horizon neither could reach alone.Note:The music featured in this episode is used solely for creative and reflective purposes, with no intention of copyright infringement. In the stillness of a village brushed by wind and memory, Elian walks a path shaped by silence and longing. His story unfolds not in grand gestures, but in the quiet resilience of a boy who listens deeply—to the land, to the ache of absence, and to the whisper of grace. This chapter traces his journey from hidden sorrow to luminous strength, revealing how even the most fragile beginnings can carry the weight of hope across the horizon. #AcrossTheHorizon #LoveThatIsPresence #CompanionshipMatters Note:The music featured in this episode is used solely for creative and reflective purposes, with no intention of copyright infringement. Across the Horizon opens not with answers, but with a quiet invitation—to enter a story shaped by love, loss, and the grace of becoming. In the Introduction, Ruvian reflects on a bond that transcended possession, revealing a love rooted in presence and spiritual companionship. Chapter 1 traces his early journey: a childhood marked by scarcity, a spirit formed by resilience, and a calling awakened through education and service. Together, these chapters lay the foundation for a narrative that doesn’t seek perfection, but honors transformation—where every step forward is lit by memory, meaning, and the quiet strength of letting go.#AcrossTheHorizon #LoveThatIsPresence #CompanionshipMatters Note:The music featured in this episode is used solely for creative and reflective purposes, with no intention of copyright infringement. “Ang paghahari ng Diyos ay maitutulad dito: May isang taong naghasik ng binhi sa lupa. Natutulog man siya o gumigising sa gabi‘t araw, sumisibol at lumalaki ang binhi nang hindi niya namamalayan kung paano.” (Marcos 4:26-27)

“Ang hindi nagmamahal ay hindi nakakakilala sa Diyos, sapagkat ang Diyos ay pag-ibig.” (1 Juan 4:8)

Be charitable

Fr. Leonard Rabuya shares with us his reflection on the dialogue of the priest-focolarinos with Margaret Karam and Jesús Morán during their annual retreat in Castel Gandolfo (Italy) on January 12,  2023.

Are we communities of Christ, transformed by Christ, or graying institutions that no longer affect our communities and society?
