Tracy Douthwaite from Way to Wellbeing gives an insight into supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace - covering practical advice from training to developing an underlying supportive culture.    Such an important topic both from a human perspective and commercially. 

Leadership development had a 'conspiracy of convenience' - if it had a certain look and feel, it could get signed off without too much debate. Some initial assessments, a couple of workshops, a bit of coaching, maybe a project and some time with the C-suite.  And of course, a nice off-site event.  Responses to the Covid crisis has shown most of the above can be done online.  Saving a fortune.  And better still, a lot of the digital content can be recycled, meaning more can access it.   In this masterclass of adaption, the question remains, have we merely created a 'new conspiracy of convenience'.   In this podcast I talk with an old colleague and independent OD specialist about implications of a new model.  We discuss implications for digital delivery of leadership development and the notion of the 'flipped classroom' - if you access the content and knowledge remotely, what is the purpose of the classroom, or even the programme.  Ian provides a great and honest insight into his own journey through the changes and how he is remodelling his offer.
