(Hits the cha cha slide real quick🕺🏿💃🏿) ..... can't believe we're in a new season, thank you to all that tune in and listens to my craziness, my opinions, my stories, and my rants lol! ❤️❤️❤️ in this episode I speak briefly about how 2023 is going so far. My 5 aspirations that I made, and also Tyre Nichols. Tyre was murdered at the hands of 5 BLACK policemen last month on January 7th. This story was absolutely heartbreaking , and the video was a thousand times worst. If you haven't watched the video and you have a weak stomach , I advice you not to. This story touched me because it woke me up to how even in our own community, we have to be afraid of them ALL. Our own killed our own basically. It's scary, heartbreaking and was unnecessary. RIP to Tyre. I pray everyone continue to be safe out here , myself included! Xoxoxo!

This episode is dedicated to #ShanquellaRobinson , a known 25 year old black hairstylist from Charlotte North Carolina. Shanquella was murdered by her friends while vacationing in Cabo Mexico. There were a total of 6 friends plus Shanquella, and within 24 hours of landing in Cabo, she was dead. Her neck was broken , and her spinal cord had been cracked. There is also a viral video of Shanquella being attacked by one of the 6 so called friends , and I'll warn you now if you haven't seen it, it is chilling and heartbreaking to watch. I wish I could unsee it. 💔💔💔 RIP to Shanquella , you didn't deserve any of that, and we definitely want justice for this disgusting crime! Prayers to her family. Prayers for this world! People are senseless, and in disguises. There's no way she knew this attack would happen to her , these are people she thought were her friends.😔🥺🥺 Prayers up high y'all. This world needs it. RIP Shanquella Robinson 🕊️

This episode is about releasing people & releasing OURSELVES. 🦋🦋🦋 We can’t take everybody with us, on our journey to better things unfortunately but the good news is …… it’s okay. It be the people we once loved, once cared about, or built a bond with that we seem to outgrow, and in this episode I touch bases on the Pro’s & Cons of outgrowing these individuals. I speak about How To recognize you’re outgrowing someone. & Life After outgrowing an individual. I recommend anyone who’s second guessing a person due to their lack of wanting better, lack of maturity, lack of reciprocity of being a good friend/partner/spouse etc to ask yourself “what makes me think I’ve outgrown this person?” , and answer yourself truthfully. Just because we LOVE someone, or we’ve grown up with some one, or have a bond with someone doesn’t mean they belong in our circle still. Being there for someone when they need you — does. I encourage everyone to constantly check on their loved ones and truly tap into their worlds 🌎 ….. because honestly, life gets hard! We need one another, let’s be there for one another. You just never know, but I hope everyone who’s dealing with something privately (or publicly) right now remain strong, and remember that SOOOOOOO many people love and care about you.
