And it’s grounded in solid, hard-earned wisdom. Presented with a little redneck flavor, a little 80’s awesome, and a whole lot of gray-hair-earned experience. Join the family. You are welcome and valued here—because there’s no one else like you. If you’ve been missing a friend or advisor who tells it straight and actually cares, you just found one. Yes, there’s humor. Always. And yes, I’ve got the credentials that matter: six kids (all teenagers or older—and I’m still standing), and married to the same amazing model for over 30 years. Remember
2026/10/18
Send us Fan Mail Remember Can you remember when you were free? Not politically free. Not financially comfortable. Not free because somebody or some institution told you that you were. Free before all the attachments. In this episode of Yup, I Got You, Tombo explores an idea that came to him in a quiet moment while falling asleep: Remember. Remember who you were before the world told you who you were supposed to be. From birth, we begin accumulating attachments—debt, mortgages, car payments, subscriptions, possessions, social media, entertainment, expectations, institutions and belief systems. Individually, they can seem normal and even necessary. But add enough of them together and eventually you have to ask: How free am I really? Tombo doesn't pretend to have a step-by-step formula for escaping all of it. He's working through the question himself. Instead, he shares the changes he and Adrienne have made over the years: living with older vehicles instead of car payments, working toward eliminating debt, questioning what they actually need, prioritizing raising their family themselves, reducing dependence on systems where they can, and continually searching for truth rather than simply accepting what they've been told. But the deeper message isn't really about money, subscriptions or possessions. It's about purpose. If we're constantly working to maintain everything we've accumulated, constantly consuming information, constantly scrolling, constantly paying for the next thing and constantly responding to what the world puts in front of us—when do we have enough silence to discover who we actually are? When do we have time to become who we were created to be? Freedom doesn't necessarily happen in one giant act of rebellion. It can begin quietly. Cancel something you don't need. Pay off a debt. Put down the phone. Spend some time alone. Read a book. Question something you've always assumed was true. Seek the divine. And most importantly, begin changing what you believe about yourself. I was born free. I am free. I am becoming more free. Every unnecessary attachment you remove is another piece of the stone breaking away. And as individuals begin remembering, something bigger becomes possible. Families change. Communities form. People begin supporting one another. New ways of living and exchanging value become possible. You don't have to be loud. You don't have to be obnoxious. Just be persistent, consistent and steady. Maybe freedom isn't something somebody needs to give back to us. Maybe we need to remember it. Lessons from a Tree
2026/10/02
Send us Fan Mail Sometimes the Divine speaks through something as ordinary as a tree. For weeks, I kept driving past the same tree on my way to work. I’d look at it and ask, “What are you?” Not just what is it called?—but what can I see if I stop labeling it and actually pay attention? And the lessons started coming. A strong tree grows down before it grows up. It develops deep roots so when the winds come, it can bend without being destroyed. Our lives aren't much different. If our identity depends on approval, performance, money, success, or what other people think of us, we're living with shallow roots. Then there are the dead branches. A healthy tree doesn't keep pouring life into something that no longer serves it. Sometimes we have to do the same thing—prune old habits, anger, control, manipulation, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and patterns that may have helped us survive once but are now stealing energy from the person we're becoming. Then there are the leaves—the things taking in light and feeding the tree. That made me ask a harder question: What am I feeding myself? Am I taking in things that bring life, peace, truth, and growth—or am I mindlessly absorbing whatever someone else's algorithm puts in front of me? And then there are the seasons. A tree doesn't fight winter because it thinks it should still be producing like it's summer. Sometimes the season is for growth. Sometimes it's for putting down deeper roots. Sometimes it's for letting go. Ultimately, I realized I don't just want to admire that tree. I want to live like one. Deeply rooted. Strong enough to withstand the wind. Providing shade when somebody needs shelter. Bringing life instead of adding more toxicity to the world around me. Producing fruit when it's the right season—and leaving something useful behind when my time here is finished. Maybe there's a lesson waiting for you in something you've passed a thousand times. Slow down. Look again. Ask: “What is it?” 🎙️ Yup, I Got You — Redneck Wisdom with Tombo Baldwin Listen, follow, support, and find everything Yup, I Got You here: https://linktr.ee/tombobaldwin Support the show  What you agree with gains permission to operate in your life.
Expansion
2026/08/30
Send us Fan Mail EXPANSION What if the ordinary things around you are only ordinary because your brain has learned to stop looking? A tree becomes tree. A car becomes car. A bed becomes bed. Identified. Filed away. Move on. But there's so much more there. In this episode of Yup. I Got You., Tombo builds on The Moment and What Is It? with the next step: Expansion. Instead of allowing your brain to quickly label something and move on, pause and ask: What is it—to me? A tree isn't just a tree. It can be shade, shelter, food, beauty, a home, a windbreak—or, as Tombo describes a quaking aspen, “a balm for my soul.”  And that's where expansion begins. When we stop rushing to conclusions, creativity wakes up. Creativity feeds imagination. Imagination opens possibilities. Possibility leads naturally toward gratitude—and gratitude brings us back to peace.  Even the simplest experiences can become something more. Getting into a bed with clean sheets. Driving with the windows down. Smelling a freshly cut field. Listening to another person without predicting what they're about to say. These moments have always been there. We may simply have stopped experiencing them.  Expansion is an invitation to slow down and recover some of what hurry, prediction and constant stimulation have taken from us. Take The Moment.  Ask, “What is it?”  Expand the answer.  Let creativity awaken.  Allow gratitude to come.  Find the peace. And from that place, leave room for something new. Because your Best Reality Now may not be something you figure out. It may be something you finally create enough space to experience. 🎙️ YUP. I GOT YOU. Real Talk. Real Life. What is it
2026/08/25
Send us Fan Mail What Is It? — Breaking the Brain’s Prediction Code What if one of the reasons life sometimes stops feeling fully alive is because your brain has gotten too good at predicting it? We look at a lamp and instantly decide: lamp. We look at a chair: chair. We meet someone and almost immediately decide who we think they are. Predicted. Classified. Filed away. In this follow-up to The Moment, Tombo takes the idea of pausing the brain’s constant predictions one step further with a simple new tool: Ask: “What is it?” Instead of immediately accepting the label your brain gives you, stay in the unknown for a moment. A lamp isn't only a lamp. It can be an illuminator, a light giver, a brightener. A chair can be a place of rest, conversation, meditation, comfort—and much more. The point isn't to pretend an object isn't what it is. The point is to interrupt the brain's automatic classification long enough for imagination, curiosity and possibility to return.  And then the question gets much bigger: Who am I? Who is that person in front of me? We are more than the labels our experiences have taught us to use. And the people around us are more than the quick judgments our brains make about them. When we stop assuming we already know, we create room to actually experience ourselves, other people and life again.  This episode is ultimately an invitation to get off autopilot. Don't finish somebody else's sentence.  Don't assume you already know their story.  Don't let your brain predict, classify and file away every experience before you've actually lived it. Stay curious. Stay present. Allow yourself to be surprised. Because maybe breaking the code isn't about escaping reality. Maybe it's about getting the experience of reality back. As Tombo puts it: “We demand our experiences back.”  🎙️ YUP. I GOT YOU. Real Talk. Real Life. The Moment
2026/08/18
Send us Fan Mail What if your brain isn't telling you what's going to happen? What if it's simply predicting what it thinks will happen? Our brains are incredible prediction machines. They assess, judge, anticipate and prepare—often before we've even realized they're doing it. And because they're wired to protect us, those predictions tend to lean toward what might go wrong. But there is a space between the prediction and what happens next. The Moment. In this episode of YUP. I GOT YOU., Tombo Baldwin introduces another tool for the YUP Toolbox: learning to pause before automatically accepting the reality your mind has predicted. Instead of immediately deciding what comes next, leave the possibilities open. Pause the predictor. Find something beautiful. Move toward peace. Let the outcome remain unwritten for just a little longer. Then intentionally reach for the healthiest, most whole possibility available to you. It starts with little things—a drive to work, a stoplight, a parking space, a trip for coffee. But little moments become practice, and practice changes the way we experience our lives. Your brain may make the prediction. You don't have to accept it. Push pause. Take the moment. And practice building your Best Reality Now. YUP. Fear Loses Its Magic
2026/07/19
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Fear Loses Its Magic Finding Peace Before Fear Finds You Fear has a strange way of growing. The more attention we give it, the bigger it becomes. The stories in our minds get louder, the possibilities become darker, and before long we're reacting to monsters that may not even exist. In this episode, Tombo Baldwin explores one of the greatest obstacles to living your Best Reality Now: fear. Using the familiar idea from Monsters, Inc. as a launching point, he explains how fear often feeds on our attention while peace quietly restores our perspective. Along the way, he revisits several tools from the growing YUP Toolbox—including Shift State, The Way Back Method, Speak Life, The Chalkboard Method, Your Built-In Know, and Keep It or Trash It—showing how they all work together to help us move from anxiety toward clarity.  This isn't about pretending fear doesn't exist. It's about recognizing that fear only has as much power as we continue to give it. When you choose peace...  fear begins to lose its magic. Because courage isn't the absence of fear. It's learning where to place your attention. YUP. Pay Attention to Your Attention
2026/07/13
Send us Fan Mail Podcast Summary 🎙️ Pay Attention to Your Attention What has your attention right now? Social media. Entertainment. Food. Fear. Other people's drama. Your phone. We often think the things we casually watch, listen to, and think about aren't affecting us. But your attention is one of the most valuable resources you have—and whatever you repeatedly give it to begins taking up space in your inner world. In this episode, Tombo Baldwin gets painfully honest about his own attention. From ridiculous TikTok rabbit holes and scripted second-date drama to jalapeño corn dogs, he explores how one small thought can become a full-grown desire simply because we keep feeding it. The question isn't just, "What am I watching?" The better question is: "What am I growing?" Tombo introduces another simple tool for the YUP Toolbox: the Keep Bin and the Trash Bin. When a thought, image, or story enters your mind, make a conscious decision. Is this something worth planting in your Best Reality Now—or does it belong in the trash? You don't have unlimited attention. So stop giving your most valuable resource to things that don't deserve it. Pay attention to your attention. Because what you feed grows. YUP. The Doorway
2026/07/05
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ The Doorway: Why Vulnerability Is Where Healing Begins Healing doesn't begin when we pretend everything is fine. It begins the moment we're honest enough to admit we've been hurt. In this deeply personal episode, Tombo Baldwin explores one of the hardest—and most freeing—steps in personal growth: becoming vulnerable. Many of us spend years protecting ourselves through control, avoidance, perfectionism, or emotional walls. Those survival strategies may have helped us make it through difficult seasons, but they often keep us from experiencing the healing we've been longing for. Tombo explains that acknowledging your wounds isn't weakness—it's the doorway to restoration. Through practical encouragement and heartfelt affirmations, he shows how honesty, forgiveness, and speaking truth over your life begin replacing old patterns with authentic freedom. You don't have to relive every painful moment. You simply have to become willing to open the door. Because on the other side of vulnerability... ...healing is waiting. YUP. Erase the Illusion. Write the Truth.
2026/06/28
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ What's on Your Chalkboard? What story are you telling yourself every day? Whether you realize it or not, your mind is constantly writing a narrative—about your worth, your relationships, your work, and your future. But what if much of what's written there isn't truth at all? In this episode, Tombo Baldwin introduces one of the most practical tools yet: The Chalkboard Method. Using the simple image of a classroom chalkboard, Tombo explores how fear, perfectionism, rejection, and self-doubt quietly write themselves into our minds until we begin believing them as facts. The good news? Chalk can be erased. You'll discover how to recognize the false narratives you've been carrying, intentionally erase them, and replace them with truths that deserve to be written in permanent ink. If you've ever struggled with feeling "not good enough," replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, or believing lies about who you are, this episode offers a practical exercise that can begin changing your inner dialogue today. Because when you erase the illusion... ...you make room for the truth. YUP. Speak Life
2026/06/26
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Speak Life What if one of the most powerful tools for healing wasn't expensive, complicated, or hidden behind years of study? What if it was your own voice? In this episode, Tombo Baldwin shares a simple daily practice that has been transforming his life: intentionally speaking truth over himself through recorded affirmations. More than positive thinking, this practice is about replacing old narratives with life-giving beliefs that align with who you were created to be. Drawing from themes explored in previous episodes—including Mind Soil, Shift State, The Way Back Method, and Best Reality Now—Tombo explains how repeated words shape identity, influence emotions, and help break free from fear, shame, and survival mode. You'll hear dozens of practical affirmations you can begin using today, along with encouragement to create your own. Whether you're learning to forgive yourself, quiet self-criticism, or build a stronger foundation of peace and authenticity, this episode offers a simple practice that can become part of your everyday life. The Way Back Method: Restoring What Was Always Yours
2026/06/25
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ The Way Back Method: Restoring What Was Always Yours Sometimes the greatest healing doesn't come from becoming someone new. It comes from remembering who you were before fear, disappointment, and life's wounds convinced you otherwise. In this follow-up episode, Tombo Baldwin takes a deeper look into The Way Back Method—a practical way of uncovering the false beliefs we've carried for years and replacing them with the truth that was there all along. Through personal stories of fear, childhood memories, and moments of profound clarity, Tombo explains how experiences can shape our identity in ways we never intended—and how those same moments can become the doorway to restoration. This isn't about blaming parents, circumstances, or the past. It's about recognizing the wound, forgiving yourself for surviving, and reclaiming the courage, value, love, and purpose that were never truly lost. You don't have to stay defined by your past. You can go back... not to relive it, but to restore what always belonged to you. As always... YUP. I GOT YOU. Support the show  What you agree with gains permission to operate in your life.
The Way Back Method: Discovering What Was Lost
2026/06/22
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ The Way Back Method What if the real you isn't something you have to become? What if it's something you need to remember? In this episode of YUP. I GOT YOU., Tombo Baldwin shares a deeply personal journey into what he calls The Way Back Method — a process of returning to the moments before fear, disappointment, and life's wounds covered up the authentic person inside. Through stories of childhood joy, forgotten courage, and moments of rediscovering purpose, Tombo explores the idea that many of the qualities we search for today — peace, bravery, generosity, joy, and love — were placed inside us from the beginning. The Way Back Method is about finding those moments: The smile before the stress. The courage before the fear. The love before the hurt. Sometimes healing isn't about becoming someone new. Sometimes it's about reclaiming who you were always created to be. Find the quiet. Find gratitude. Find the way back. As always... YUP. The Prison State
2026/06/07
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ THE PRISON STATE Have you ever noticed that when you're tired, stressed, or overwhelmed, your mind tries to pull you back into old patterns? Worry. Anxiety. Doubt. Worst-case scenarios. In this episode, Tombo shares a personal experience of feeling drawn back into what he calls the "prison state"—that familiar place of fear, stress, and survival thinking. But here's the lesson: Just because something is familiar doesn't mean it's where you belong. The best reality now isn't built through fear. It's built through gratitude. Through presence. Through peace. Through choosing what is good, right, and lovely—even when life isn't perfect. Sometimes the greatest victory isn't changing your circumstances. It's refusing to go back to the prison you already escaped. 🎧 As always... I got you. https://linktr.ee/tombobaldwin Support the show  What you agree with gains permission to operate in your life.
Shift State

Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ SHIFT STATE What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want isn't your circumstances... but the state you're operating from? In this episode, Tombo Baldwin explores how our mindset, emotions, words, and expectations shape the realities we experience. From lottery tickets and promotions to relationships, business, and everyday challenges, Tombo shares how shifting from fear, lack, and doubt into gratitude, abundance, and expectation can completely change the trajectory of your life. This isn't about pretending problems don't exist. It's about choosing a state that creates possibility instead of reinforcing limitation. Your words matter. Your emotions matter. Your beliefs matter. The question is: What state are you operating from? Because when you shift your state, you begin to shift your reality. https://linktr.ee/tombobaldwin As always... I got you. The Dandelion Moment
2026/05/24
Send us Fan Mail The Dandelion Moment — Podcast Summary & IG Clip PackageEpisode Summary In this emotional and deeply personal episode of the Yup. I Got You Podcast, Tombo Baldwin shares a powerful experience he calls “The Dandelion Moment.” What starts as a simple attempt to spray weeds in his lawn turns into a profound confrontation with conscience, authenticity, core values, and the quiet voice inside that knows when something is wrong. Blending humor, vulnerability, spirituality, quantum thinking, family love, forgiveness, and radical honesty, Tombo explores what happens when we violate our deepest values simply to satisfy outside pressure, appearances, expectations, or fear of judgment. Through the symbolism of dandelions, pollinators, neighborhood pressure, and lawn chemicals, this episode expands into a much larger conversation about addiction, offense, self-betrayal, healing, forgiveness, and choosing life-giving alignment over toxic compromise. One simple sentence from his wife — “You don’t have to do this” — becomes a divine interruption that shifts the entire direction of the moment. This episode is funny, heartfelt, raw, reflective, emotional, and incredibly human. If you’ve ever ignored your inner voice… compromised your values… or needed permission to stop poisoning yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or physically… this episode may hit you hard.
