And why is nervous system sovereignty not a personal development luxury but a prerequisite for anyone serious about systems change?

003 Why Being a Changemaker Feels So Isolating
2026/06/18
If you've ever felt completely alone in the work you're doing — too awake for the old world, not yet landed in the new one — this episode is for you.
Shirani gets real about the particular loneliness that comes with being someone who sees what others don't, who can't unknow what they know, and who is trying to build something genuinely different in a world still running on the old operating system.
She also gets into the cosmic weather right now — specifically Saturn retrograde and its impact on the cardinal signs — and why so many of us are feeling the weight of this moment so acutely.

002 Six Years of Unbecoming: Our Collective Journey
2026/06/04
Six years ago this podcast was born in the middle of a collective reckoning. The world was on fire and so were many of us — finally awake to what had always been true, finally unwilling to keep pretending otherwise.
A lot has changed since then. The name. The focus. The clarity about what this work actually is and who it's actually for.
And a lot hasn't changed. The core conviction that we cannot build a new world from a dysregulated nervous system. That healing ourselves and healing our world are the same work. That the unbecoming — shedding everything we were told to be — is as sacred as the becoming.
This episode is a reflection on six years of that journey. Mine, yours, and ours.
Because if you've been here — or if you're just arriving — chances are you've been in your own process of unbecoming. Releasing who the dominant systems told you to be. Remembering who you actually are. Figuring out what you're here to build.
That's worth marking. For all of us.
