As the business grew, he rebranded as Revive! with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence. He works alongside the Institute for the Motor Industry and other bodies to drive up standards and establish the leading nationally recognised qualifications within the mobile paint repair sector. Mark has also twice been elected as a board member of the British Franchise Association by UK franchisors, helping to influence ethical franchising in the UK and demonstrating his stature and reputation for excellence in the sector.

At the time he was the director of E-commerce at Kwik-Fit and has held senior positions at Slendertone, Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton and Canon Europe. Nigel also started Internet Cameras Direct in 1999 and grew the business from nothing to a turnover of over £20m before selling to a French company. Trustist is very active in the franchise sector and is and Official Partner of the Approved Franchise Association and Ambassador for Encouraging Women into Franchising.
