I was at the hearing last Friday - recapping what motions were argued and the judge’s blunt responses to both sides.  Judge ruled on DNA testing by the defense, ballistic testing requested by the defense, and FARO scan data. She also puts on the record something Dick Harpootlian lied about at the August hearing. The next hearing is November 13th, which is sure to be a big one, and the last hearing in Lexington.
