Hey everyone, I'm Sim and this is my first ever episode alone & the start to more mental health episodes being incorporated into SRSLY!! As a singular host now, I wanted to dig deeper and share more about myself so you guys can get to know me better!
In this episode, I dive deep into my teenage struggles such as depression, loneliness, lack of self-worth etc. and how 10 years later I have managed to grow and overcome those obstacles I once faced.
Mental health is an extremely important issue to me, so I'm hoping with these new episodes of sharing on the various topics surrounding mental health, that it will be a safe space for you guys to turn to and feel less alone.
Feel free to reach out to me @srslyofficial on Instagram if you need someone to talk to!

EP 65: Engaged at 20, Married at 21, Pregnant at 22
2022/04/10
I've invited on Syairah to share on her experience settling down at what society deems as a "young" age.
She tied the knot when she was 21 and has started to grow her family!
She shares on how to manage things like finances, getting a home, knowing if he's the one, juggling social life and work and more!
Personally for me, I do not think settling down at a "young" age is for me but it was so eye-opening to hear Syairah's take on things.
Let me know if you guys would get married "young" or if you think age is just a number!
EP 64: Living with HIV... Since Birth
2022/03/27
In this episode, I've invited on Fiqah, who has been living with HIV since birth. She shares on her experience dealing with school, family, friends and more since discovering that she had HIV.
Something really important that I learnt in this episode is to be kind to others as you don't know what they are going through, and you shouldn't discriminate anyone for things beyond their control.

From how he dealt with first hearing the news and breaking it to his loved ones to guiding us through the testing process and medical costs, he goes through it all in this episode.
Most importantly, if you are diagnosed with HIV, it does not mean that your life is over. There are medications that you can take to help make the HIV virus undetectable, and hence untransmittable.
Drop Calvin a DM if you have any more questions @cityjayzee on Instagram!
